Yabanci Ikameti Ile Ilgili Düzenlemeler Hafifletiliyor

Hükümet, her geçen gün artan sayilarini ve onlara da daha istikrarli bir hayat sunulmasi gerektigini vurgulayarak Güney Kore'de yasayan yabancilar için ikâmet düzenlemelerinde hafifletmeye gidecek.

Adalet Bakanligi, sali günü yapilan kabine toplantisinda ülkenin göç yasalarini yeniden gözden geçirdi. Yeni düzenlemelerin kapsaminda, ülkede bulundugu sürece 3 yil ve üzeri bir süre boyunca 500 bin dolardan daha fazla yatirim yapmis bir yabanci, F-2 ikâmetgâh düzeyinde kabul edilip imtiyaz sahibi olacak.

Güney Korelilerle evlilik yapmis olan ve ülkede yasayan yabancilar için de yeni vize düzenlemesi olusturulacak. Bu vize (göçmen evlilik vizesi) ile yabanci eslere, Koreli olan esleri öldükten sonra yahut evliliklerinde yasadiklari anlasmazlik sonucu Koreli eslerinden ayrildiktan sonra dahi ülkede kalabilme hakki taniniyor.

Regulations on Foreign Residency Eased

The government will ease residential regulations for foreigners in South Korea to address their growing numbers and allow them a more stable life.

The Justice Ministry passed revisions to the nation's immigration laws at a cabinet meeting Tuesday. Under the new revisions, a foreigner who has invested more than 500-thousand dollars while living in the nation over three years will be granted F-2 residential status.

The revisions will also create a new visa for foreigners living in the nation that have married South Koreans. The marriage immigration visa will allow foreign spouses to stay in the country even after their Korean spouses die or in cases when couples cannot maintain the marital relationship.

Devlet, Fiziksel Engellilere ve Hamilelere Yeni Tedbirler Gelistirecek

Güney Kore hükümeti, hamile bayanlara ve fiziksel engellilere daha iyi hizmet verebilmek için yeni tedbirler alinacagini belirtti.

Ulusal Yönetim ve Güvenlik Bakanligi, Mali Hizmetler Komisyonu ve Saglik ve Iyilestirme Bakanligi, hamile bayanlar için süpermarketlerde ayri birer kasa kurulacani duyurdu.

Alinacak tedbirler ayrica hamile bayanlarin, kamu idare ofislerinde öncelige sahip olmalarini ve ulusal parklarda kendileri için özel park yerleri saglanmasini da içeriyor.

Fiziksel engelli vatandaslar için ise bankalara, tekerlekli sandalye kullananlara uygun en az bir tane otomatik vezne makinesi koyma zorunlulugu getiriliyor.

Dahasi, cinsel suç islemis olanlarin, fiziksel engelliler yardim merkezlerinde çalismalari da tamamen yasaklanacak.

Gov't to Improve Measures for Pregnant Women, Physically Challenged

The government says it will improve various measures to better serve pregnant women and the physically challenged.

The Public Adminstration and Security Ministry, the Financial Services Commission and the Health and Welfare Ministry have announced that separate cash register lines will be established for pregnant women at supermarkets.

The measures also detail that pregnant women will be the first to have their requests handled at public administration offices. Also, exclusive parking spaces will be provided for them at national parks.

For the physically challenged, banks will have to install at least one automatic teller machine to accommodate someone in a wheelchair.

Moreover, people convicted of sex crimes will be banned from working at welfare facilities for the physically challenged.

S. Korea to send tents for Turkish earthquake victims

Güney Kore Disisleri Bakanligi cuma günü, Güney Kore'nin, yüzlerce insanin ölmesi ve binlerce kisinin yaralanmasina neden olan muazzam depremi yasayan Türk depremzedelere yaklasik 100 adet kislik çadir gönderecegini açikladi.

Bakanlik, çadirlarin iki parti halinde cuma ve cumartesi günleri Türkiye'nin en büyük sehri Istanbul'a ulasacagini söyledi.

South Korea will send some 100 winter tents to Turkey to help victims of this week's massive earthquake that has killed hundreds of people and injured thousands more, Seoul's foreign ministry said Friday.

The tents will be flown out to Turkey's largest city of Istanbul in two installments on Friday and Saturday, the ministry said.
