Yeosu Expo'ya 100 gün kala

Seoul sehir merkezinde, uluslararasi etkinlik olan 2012 Yeosu Expo'ya basari dilemek için devam eden bir sokak gösterisine 100 gün kaldi. Daha fazla 109 ülke ve uluslararasi kurulusun katilmasi beklenen Yeosu Expo, "Yasayan Okyanus ve Sahil" temasi altinda 12 Mayis - 12 Agustos arasinda gerçeklesecek.

A street parade is underway in downtown Seoul to wish for the success of the 2012 Yeosu Expo as the international event is 100 days away. The Yeosu Expo will take place from May 12 through Aug. 12 under the theme, "The Living Ocean and Coast," with more than 109 nations and international organizations expected to attend.

Lending Capacity to Expand for Small and Medium Firms

Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli Firmalara Kredi Verme Kapasitesi Artacak

Güney Koreli mali kuruluslarin küçük ve orta ölçekli sirketlere kredi verme kapasitesinin bu yil 590 trilyon wona ulasmasi bekleniyor.

Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli Isletmeler Idaresi, yerli finansal kuruluslarin daha küçük sirketlere bu yil 2011’de yapilan ödemeden 31 trilyon fazla olarak toplamda 592 trilyon won kredi saglayabilecegini söyledi.

Ödenegin 81.5 trilyon wonu devlet tarafindan isletilen mali kuruluslardan, 510.7 trilyon wonu ise özel mali kaynaklardan gelecek.

Devletin islettigi finansal kuruluslardan gelen kredilerden kredi garanti fonu ve Kibo Teknoloji Fonu 71 trilyon won temin edecek, Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli Isletmeler Kurumu 3.3 trilyon won saglayacak.

South Korean financial institutions’ lending capacity for small- and medium-sized companies is expected to top 590 trillion won this year.

The Small and Medium Business Administration said local financial institutions are able to provide smaller companies with loans totaling over 592 trillion won this year, up 31 trillion from 2011.

Eighty-one-point-five trillion won of the fund will come from state-run financial institutions and 510-point-seven trillion won will be provided by civilian lenders.

Of the loans provided by state-run financial institutions, credit guarantee funds and the Kibo Technology Fund will allocate 71 trillion won, and the Small and Medium Business Corporation will shoulder three-point-three trillion won.

Oil Import Costs Surge 46% in 2011

Petrol Ithalat Masraflari 2011’de %46 Artti

Güney Kore’nin petrol ithalat masraflari, dünya çapinda petrol fiyatlarindaki artis sirasinda 2010 ile kiyaslandiginda geçen sene yaklasik olarak yüzde 46 artti.

Bilgi Ekonomisi Bakanliginin persembe günü yaptigi açiklamaya göre, Güney Kore geçen sene 2010 yilina göre yüzde 6.2 artmis olan 927 milyon varil ham petrol ithal etti. Ancak petrol ithalinin fiyati, dünya çapinda petrol fiyatlarindaki ani artisin pesinden yüzde 45.7 artarak yaklasik 100 milyar dolara yükseldi.

Tüm ithalatin yüzde 49’u yani 457 milyon varili petrol ürünleri olarak diger ülkelere ihraç edildi. 2010 ile kiyaslandiginda bunun gibi ihracatlarin hacmi yüzde 17 civarinda artti ve ihracat degeri yüzde 61 yükseldi.

Petrolün yüzde 32’si Suudi Arabistan’dan, yüzde 9.4’ü ise Iran’dan geldi.

Bilgi Ekonomisi Bakanligi, Güney Kore-AB serbest ticaret anlasmasinin geçtigimiz temmuz ayinda yürürlüge girmesinden itibaren Güney Kore’nin Kuzey Denizi Brent petrolü ithaline basladigini söyledi. Ticaret anlasmasinin petrol ithalati kaynaklarinin çesitlenmesine de katki sagladigi eklendi.

The cost of South Korea's oil imports jumped nearly 46 percent last year compared to 2010 amid a rise in global oil prices.

The Ministry of Knowledge Economy said Thursday that South Korea imported 927 million barrels of crude oil last year, up six-point-two percent from 2010. However, the price of oil imports surged 45-point-seven percent to stand around 100 billion dollars on the back of sharp growth in global oil prices.

Forty-nine percent of total imports, or 457 million barrels, were exported to other countries as petroleum products. Compared to 2010, the volume of such exports grew nearly 17 percent and the value of exports surged 61 percent.

Around 32 percent of the oil came from Saudi Arabia and nine-point-four percent from Iran.

The Ministry of Knowledge Economy said since the South Korea-EU free trade agreement went into effect last July, South Korea has begun importing North Sea Brent crude. It added that the trade pact contributed to the diversification of oil import sources.

Gov't to Increase Food Exports to $30 Bln by 2020
Hükümet 2020 Itibariyle Gida Ihracatini 30 Milyar $'a Çikaracak
Gida, Tarim, Orman ve Balikçilik Bakanligi, gida ve tarim ürünleri ihracatinin bu yil on milyar dolara ve 2020 yili itibariyle de 30 milyar dolara çikarilacagini söyledi.

Bu maksatla bakanlik ay sonunda, Kore Tarim-Balikçilik ve Gida Ticaret Kooperatifi, Kirsal Kalkinma Idaresi ve yerel yönetimlerin isbirligiyle 25 gida ve tarim ürününün ihracatini artirmak maksadiyla ihracati gelistirme komitesi olusturacak.

Komite, ihracati destekleme sistemi olusturup kimchi, ginseng, geleneksel Kore pirinç sarabi makgeollinin de aralarinda bulundugu 25 stratejik gida ürününün tanitilmasi için bir yol haritasi belirleyecek.

Bakanlik ayrica temel maddelerin ihracat islemleriyle ilgili devlet kurumlarini birlestirecek ve ihracatin gelismesine öncülük etmesi için 2020 yilina kadar 50 örgütü tesvik edecek.

The Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Ministry says it will increase exports of food and farm products to ten billion U.S. dollars this year and 30 billion dollars by 2020.

To that end, the ministry plans to launch an export promotion committee late this month to help boost exports of 25 food and farm products in cooperation with the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Cooperation, the Rural Development Administration and provincial governments.

The committee will establish an export support system and produce a road map to promote 25 strategic food products, including kimchi, ginseng and the traditional Korean rice wine makgeolli.

The ministry will also unify state agencies dealing with export procedures for key items and foster 50 organizations by 2020 that will lead efforts to boost exports.
