Başkan Lee Güney Afrika Durban’a Geldi
Güney Kore Devlet Başkanı Lee Myung-bak Durban geldikten sonra Güney Afrikalı resmi bir yetkili ile el sıkışırken objektiflere görüntü verdi. Lee’nin üç ülkeye yapacağı gezisinin ilk ayağı olan Afrika gezisinde Lee, Pyeongchang kasabasında yapılmak istenen Kış Olimpiyatları’na ev sahipliği yapmak Güney Afrika’nın da desteğini alma girişimini amaçlamaktadır. Başkan, Çarşamba günü yapılacak IOC toplantısından önce ev sahibi kent seçimi için Pyeongchang’ın nihai sunumunun yapılmasını planlıyor.

Lee’s first South African stop of his three-nation African tour is aimed at supporting the country’s third straight attempt to host the Winter Olympics at the alpine town of PyeongChang. The president plans to lead PyeongChang’s final presentation before the IOC assembly on Wednesday, the same day the host city will be selected.
