Ülkenin büyük bayilerinin satis artis hizi agustosta yavasladi.

Bilgi Ekonomisi Bakanligi, 3 temel süpermarket zincirlerinin satislarinin geçen ay %3.9 arttigini, büyük magaza satislarinin ise %8.5 arttigini söyledi.

Bu, temmuz ayinda süpermarketlerin artis hizinin %8 degerinde, magazalarin ise %10 degerinde olmasi gibi bir sey...

Bakanlik, bu yavaslayan satislarin suçlusu olarak agir yagislari ve Kore Bankasi'nin, temmuz ayindan kalan agustos ayi indeksindeki müsteri güvenligi mevzusunu öne sürmektedir.





Rain Stunts August Sales

The sales growth rate of the nation's large retailers slowed in August.

The Knowledge Economy Ministry says the sales of three major supermarket chains grew three-point-nine percent year-on-year last month while department store sales grew eight-point-five percent.

This compares to sales growth rates of eight percent for supermarket chains and ten percent for department stores in July.

The ministry blamed the slower growth on heavy rain and the Bank of Korea's consumer confidence index for August, which slipped from July.

Evrensel marka olusturma danismanligi Interbrand, Samsung'un marka degerinin 19.5 milyar dolar oldugunu ve sirket degerinin ise geçen yila nazaran %11 arttigini söyledi.

Intarbrand ayrica, 65. sirada yer alan Hyundai ile birlikte sadece 2 Kore markasinin en iyi 100 marka arasinda yer aldigini söyledi.

Bu yilin birincisi, geçen yilda da birici olan bir Amerika markasi: Coca-Cola...





Samsung 19th among Top 100 Global Brands

Samsung Group ranked 19th this year in a survey of the top 100 global brands.

It's the second year for Samsung to rank within the top 20.

Global branding consultancy Interbrand says Samsung's brand value stands at 19-point-five billion dollars and the company's value rose eleven percent from last year.

With Hyundai ranking 65th, Interbrand says only two Korean corporate groups are included in the top 100.

Topping this year's list is last year's number one, U.S.-based Coca-Cola.

Dikkatler Chuseok'tan Sonra Ev Fiyatlarinin Artis Olasiliginda

Chuseok resmi tatilnden sonra ev fiyatlari konusu, merkez çevresinde teminat bedelinin ekseriyetle inanilmaz derecede artacagi ve satis fiyatlarindaki azalmanin yavaslayacagi yönünde dikkatleri üzerine çekiyor.

Ev fiyatlarindaki dalgalanma durulmus gibi göründügü için, ev almak için kredi almay kolaylastiran 29 Agustos tedbirlerinin tatillerden sonra gerçeklesecegi beklentileri artmaktadir.

Bazilari ise, teminat bedeli sistemindeki artisin ya da Korecesiyle "jeonse"nin satis fiyatlarinda artisa neden olabilecegini söylemektedir.

Ama çogunluk, ev fiyatlarinin artmasina neden olacak yeterli faktörün bulunmamasi dolayisiyla emlak piyasasinin durgunlugunu koruyacagina inanmaktadir. Uzmanlar bu durumun, halkin tedbir için ev alma çalismalarina baslamasina neden olacagini söylüyor.

Uzmanlar, emlakçilarin fiyatta büyük bir indirim yaparak acil satislara girecegi konusunda uyariyor ve asiri derece büyük miktarlarla ev alinmamasini öneriyor.





Focus on Likelihood of Housing Price Rise After Chuseok

The direction of housing prices after the Chuseok holidays is drawing attention as security deposits have risen more steeply of late mostly around the capital area and the reduction in sale prices have been decelerating.

Since housing prices appear to have stopped skidding, expectations are rising that the effect of the August 29th measures on making it easier to get loans to buy homes will materialize after the holidays.

Some say the rise in the security deposit system, or “jeonse” in Korean, could lead to a rise in sale prices.

But many expect the real estate market to remain sluggish as there are not enough factors to drive housing prices upwards. Experts say this should make people looking to buy homes exercise more caution.

Experts warn of real estate put on sale in a hurry with a large cut in price and advise against buying homes with excessively large loans.

Kore Bankasi Chuseok'dan Önce Piyasaya 5.3 Trilyon Won Sürdü

Kore Bankasi, Chuseok resmi tatilinden 10 gün önce piyasaya 5 küsür trilyon won sürdü.

Merkez bankasi pazartesii günü, geçen 10 is gününde piyasaya mali kurumlardan nakit olarak 5.3 trilyon Won saglandigini duyurdu. Bu, geçen yilin %7.7 ya da 380 milyar won fazlasini teskil etmektedir.

Bu, Chuseok resmi tatili dolayisiyla merkez bankasi tarafindan piyasaya sürülen en büyük ödenek vasfini tasimaktadir.

Kore Bankasi, bayagi büyük bir ödenegi tüketici duyarliligini iyilestirmeye ve Chuseok tatilinde memleketlerini ziyarete giden insanlarin nakit babinda ani artis istekleri yönünde isnat etmistir.







BOK Injects 5.3 Tln Won into Market Ahead of Chuseok

The Bank of Korea injected more than five trillion won into the market during the ten days ahead of the Chuseok holiday.

The central bank announced on Monday that it pumped five-point-three trillion won into the market in the form of cash through financial institutions over the past ten business days. That’s up seven-point-seven percent, or 380 billion won, more than during the same period last year.

The figure is the largest amount of funds to be injected by the central bank around the Chuseok holiday.

The BOK attributed the large influx to a recovery in consumer sentiment and a sharp rise in demand for cash from people who are visiting their hometowns during Chuseok.

ADB: G.Kore Asya'daki En Çok Sehirlesen 6. Ülke

Asya Gelisim Bankasi'nin (ADB) verilerne göre Güney Kore, Asya ve Pasifik bölgelerindeki 48 ülke arasinda en çok sehirlesen nüfus babinda 6. sirada yer almaktadir.

ADB'nin nüfus raporuna göre, Hong Kong, Singapore ve Nauru geçen yil sehirlerde yasayan toplam nüfuslariyla en çok sehirlesen ülkelerdi.

Avustralya, sehirlerde yasayan halk babinda toplam nüfusun %88.7'ini olusturmasiyla 4. sirada yer aldi. Yeni Zellanda da ise, %86.6'lik bir nüfus orani sehirlerde yasamaktadir.

Geçen yil Güney Kore nüfusunun sehrlerde yasayan %81.5 olan orani, 1990 yilindaki %73.8 olan orandan %7.7 artis saglamistir.

Gelisim, ulustaki sehirlesme hizini dogrular ölçüdedir.

Japonya, sehirde yasayan %67'lik oraniyla 11 sirada, Taiwan 16. sirada ve Çin ise 22. sirada yer almaktadir.







ADB: S.Korea is 6th Most Urbanized in Asia

Data from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) shows that South Korea has the sixth-largest urbanized population among 48 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region.

According to an ADB population report, Hong Kong, Singapore and Nauru had the most urbanized populations with their entire populations living in cities last year.

Australia came in fourth with the ratio of people living in cities to its overall population standing at 88-point-seven percent. In New Zealand, 86-point-six percent of the population lived in cities.

Eighty-one-point-five percent of South Korea’s population lived in cities last year, up seven-point-seven percent from 73-point-eight percent in 1990. The growth testifies to the rapid urbanization taking place in the nation.

Japan ranked eleventh with 67 percent of its population living in cities. Taiwan came in 16th and China 22nd.
