Gov't to Increase Number of Social Welfare Workers

Hükümet Sosyal Refah Isçilerinin Sayisini Artiracak

Eyalet yönetimlerinde sosyal refah konulari ile ilgili memurlarin sayisinda 2014 yilina kadar yedi bin artis olacak.

Hükümet ve iktidardaki Büyük Ulusal Parti çarsamba günü Ulusal Meclis’te toplanti düzenleyecek ve refah politikalarinin nasil uygulanacagini gelistirme planlarini kesinlestirecek.

Planin temel ölçüsü, eyaletlerde çalisan refahtan sorumlu yetkili personelin sayisinin fazla olmasi.

The number of civil servants dealing with social welfare issues will increase by seven-thousand in provincial governments by 2014.

The government and the ruling Grand National Party held a meeting at the National Assembly Wednesday and finalized a plan to improve how welfare policies are implemented.

A key measure of the plan is to staff provincial authorities with more employees in charge of welfare.

SEOUL, 11 Temmuz (Yonhap) Güney Koreli bir Kizilhaç yetkilisi Pazartesi günü yaptigi açiklamada, Kizil Haç yetkililerinin iki Kore için geçtigimiz hafta Çin’de düzenlenen uluslararasi bir konferansta aralarinda gayri resmi görüsmeler yapildigini açikldi.

Güney Kullanici Kizil Haç genel sekreteri Kim Yong-hyun, ve Kuzey Kore Kizil Haç Dernegi Merkez Komitesi baskan yardimcisi Paek Yong-ho, Ordos sehrinde düzenlenen Dogu Asya bölgesel Kizil Haç liderlik toplantisinda bir araya geldi. Geçen Sali ve Persembe günleri arasinda Çin'in Iç Mogolistan’inda, gizli kalmak kosuluyla resmi bir görüsme yapildigini da söyledi.

Red Cross officials of two Koreas hold informal talks:

SEOUL, July 11 (Yonhap) -- Red Cross officials from the two Koreas held informal talks on the sidelines of an international conference in China last week, a South Korean Red Cross official said Monday.

Kim Yong-hyun, secretary-general of the South's Red Cross, and Paek Yong-ho, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Red Cross Society of North Korea, met during breaks at the East Asian regional Red Cross leadership meeting in Ordos City, located in China's Inner Mongolia, between last Tuesday and Thursday, the official said on the condition of anonymity.

Çin’den Güney Kore Siyasi Partilerine Degisim Destegi

Üst düzey Çinli bir yetkili, Güney Kore ve Çin siyasi partileri arasinda degisimi genisletme sözü verdi.

Çin Basbakan Yardimcisi Li Keqiang, çarsamba günü Güney Kore milletvekilleri ile yaptigi bir toplanti sirasinda Çin Komünist Partisinin Güney Kore’deki siyasi partilerle degisimi genisletmek ve deneyimlerini paylasmak için istekli olduklarini dile getirdi.

Çinli yetkililer ayni zamanda iki ülke arasinda karsilikli siyasi güveni güçlendirmek, ticari is birligini gelistirmek ve kültürel alisverisi arttirmak gerektigini söyledi.

A top Chinese official has pledged to expand exchanges between the political parties of South Korea and China.

China’s vice premier Li Keqiang reportedly said on Wednesday during a meeting with South Korean lawmakers that the Chinese Communist Party is willing to expand exchanges with various political parties in South Korea and to share the Communist Party’s experiences with them.

The Chinese official also said that the two countries need to strengthen mutual political trust, expand commercial cooperation and increase cultural exchanges.

Devlet baskaninin persembe günü gazetecilere verdigi resmi demeçte üst ofise, iktidardaki Büyük Ulusal Parti’nin iki üst düzey pozisyonunun doldurulmasinda danisildigini açikladi.

Yeni adalet bakani ve bassavci baskanlik tartismalarinin sona ermesinin ardindan cuma günü erken saatlerde atanacak.

President Lee Myung-bak is expected to nominate a new justice minister and a prosecutor general as early as this Friday.

A presidential official told reporters Thursday that the top office is consulting the ruling Grand National Party to fill the two high-level positions.

The new justice minister and prosecutor general will be nominated on Friday at the earliest after the presidential office wraps up discussions.

Seoul Mulls Humanitarian Food Aid for NK

Seoul Kuzey Kore Için Insani Gida Yardimi Konusunu Tartisiyor

Üst düzey bir hükümet yetkilisi, su anda iki Kore’nin iliskilerini etkileyen birçok degisikligin oldugunu ekleyerek iliskilerin nasil degisebilecegini tahmin etmenin zor oldugunu açikladi.

Yetkilinin pazar günü yaptigi açiklamada, iki Kore’nin ciddi diyaloglari için uygun bir ortamin henüz olusturulamadigini açikladi.

Yetkilinin yaptigi açiklamaya göre, Seoul Kuzey Kore’nin içinde oldugu durum için siki denetim ve gözetim altinda yoksullara dagitilacak olan insani gida yardimi saglanmasini düsünüyor.

Yetkili sözlerine, hükümetin yardim saglamak için Kuzey Kore’yi ziyaret etmek isteyen bazi sivil yardim gruplari ile tartisma düzenledigini açikladi.

Ancak, hükümet su anda büyük bir gida yardimini göz önüne almiyor.

A senior government official says that there are many variables that can affect inter-Korean relations at the moment, adding it is difficult to predict how the relations may change.

The official said on Sunday that a proper environment for serious inter-Korean dialogue has not been created yet,
The official said that Seoul is mulling the provision of humanitarian food aid for the North on condition that the aid will be distributed to the needy under strict supervision and monitoring.

The official added that the government is holding discussion with some civic aid groups seeking to visit the North to provide flour.

The government, however, is not considering a massive food aid at the moment.

Assembly Speaker Warns of Claims Challenging Constitution

Meclis Baskani Anayasaya Meydan Okuyan Taleplere Karsi Uyardi

Ulusal Meclis Baskani Park Hee-tae, ulusun anayasanin fikir ve degerlerine karsi olan taleplere dikkat etmesini söyledi.

Park, ulusun anayasasinin kurulusunun 63. yildönümü münasebetiyle düzenlenen törende tebrik konusmasini Ulusal Meclis’te yapti.

Toplantida konusmasinda insan onuru ve degerleri, özgürlük, esitlik, demokrasi ve refahin önemini yansitan anayasayi koruma çabalarinin üzerinde durdu.

Park ayrica, Güney Kore kendi anayasasini kurdugunda, Kuzey Kore’nin de ayni zamanda anayasasini olusturdugunu fakat iki Kore’nin simdi anayasal ideolojileri arasindaki farkliliklari nedeniyle, ters yönde karsi karsiya olduklarini açikladi.

National Assembly Speaker Park Hee-tae says the nation should be wary of claims that counter the ideas and values of the Constitution.

Park made the remarks at the National Assembly in his congratulatory speech for a ceremony marking the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the nation’s constitution.

The assembly speaker stressed efforts to protect the Constitution; the fortress that reflects the importance of human dignity and values, freedom, equality, democracy and welfare.

Park also said that North Korea created its constitution at the same time when the South established its own Constitution, but the two Koreas are now facing opposite direction, due to their differences in constitutional ideology.
