Kore Savaşı Sırasında G. Kore’ye 60’dan Fazla Ülke Yardım Etti’
Ordu, Kore Savaşı sırasında 60’dan fazla ülkenin Güney Kore’ye yardım ettiğini açıkladı.
Savunma Bakanlığı, savaş sırasında Güney Kore’yi destekleyen ülkelerin kesin sayısını bulmak için 2010’da başlatılan bir araştırma projesinin sonuçlarına ulaştı. Savaş sırasında yardım ettiği tanınan ülkelerin resmi sayısı şu an 41.
Bakanlık, yeni rakamı duyurmak üzere perşembe günü büyük ölçekli bir forum düzenlemeyi planlıyor.
Bakanlık, hükümetin araştırma için Guinness Rekorlar Kitabı ve ABD Ulusal Arşiv ve Kayıt İdaresiyle işbirliği yaptığını açıkladı. Daha kesin bilgiye ulaşmak için diğer ülkelerin elçiliklerine de danışıldı.
Bir bakanlık yetkilisi, bazı ülkeler listeden çıkarılıp yeni ülkeler kaydedileceği için hükümetin son listeyi oluşturmada çok dikkatli olduğunu söyledi.

The military says that more than 60 countries have been found to have helped South Korea during the Korean War.
The Defense Ministry recently reached the conclusion from a research project which began in 2010 to assess the accurate number of countries that supported South Korea during the war. Currently, the official number of recognized supporting nations during the war stands at 41.
The ministry plans to hold a large-scale forum on Thursday to announce the latest figure.
The ministry said that for the research, the government received cooperation from the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration and the Guinness Book of Records. It has also consulted the embassies of other countries to secure more accurate information for the review.
A ministry official said that the government is being very careful in establishing its final list as some countries would be excluded from the list while others would be newly included to the record.
