Anket: Kadın Çalışan Sayısının Kore Firmalarındaki Yükselişi
Salı günü yayınlanan ankete göre, 10 Güney Koreli şirketten dörtten fazlası gelecekte kendi çekirdek müşterileri satın alma gücü olarak ortaya çıkan kadın yöneticilerin sayısının artması tahmin ediliyor.
Kore Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası’nın düzenlediği 304 yerel firmanın katıldığı ankete göre, katılımcıların yüzde 43.8’i şef pozisyonunda daha çok kadın olacağını söyledi.

More than four in 10 South Korean companies predict the number of female executives will increase in the future as young women with purchasing power are emerging as their core clients, a poll showed Tuesday.
According to the survey of 304 local companies taken by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), 43.8 percent of the respondents said that they will likely have more women in the C-suites.
