Hükümet K. Kore üzerine Yeni BMGK Kararını Memnuniyetle Karşıladı
Güney Kore hükümeti, Kuzey Kore’nin üçüncü nükleer denemesi üzerine BM Güvenlik Konseyi’nin aldığı yaptırım kararını memnuniyetle karşıladı.
Dışişleri Bakanlığı Sözcüsü Cho Tae-young: ”Seoul, Güvenlik Konseyi’nin son kararında yaptırımların yoğunluğunu ve kapsamını arttırdığına inanıyor.”
Cho, Seoul’ün Kuzey Kore’nin uluslararası toplumun endişelerini yansıtan karar diline kulak vermesini umduğunu belirtti. Hükümet, Kuzey’in nükleer silah ve füze geliştirme çabalarına son vereceğine ve provokasyonlara son vereceğine umuyor. Uluslararası toplumun sorumlu bir üyesi olma yolunda bu doğru yol.

The South Korean government has welcomed the UN Security Council’s adoption of a resolution sanctioning North Korea for its third nuclear test.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Cho Tae-young said Thursday that Seoul believes the Security Council has further boosted the intensity and scope of sanctions in the latest resolution.
Cho said Seoul hopes North Korea will heed the language of the resolution, which reflect the concerns of the international community. He also said the government hopes the North will scrap efforts to develop nuclear weapons and missiles and end provocations. He said that is the right path towards becoming a responsible member of the international community.
