Jeju Adasindaki Halla Dagi boyunca güzel, beyaz bir manzara uzaniyor.

Iki metrelik yogun kar yagisindan sonra dag, çocuklar için kislik bir oyun alanina döndü.

Yetiskinler bile karla kapli tepelerden kayarak egleniyorlar.

Dagcilar, deniz seviyesinden 1169 m yükseklikteki dagda bir alanda düzenlenen geleneksel bir törende güvenlikleri için dua etti.

Dagdaki selaleler dondurucu soguklar arasinda buz tuttu. Fakat bazi selaleler doganin gizemini göstererek soguga karsi durup akmaya devam ediyor.

After a heavy snow of two meters, the mountain has turned into a winter playground for children.

Even adults are having fun sledding down snow-covered hills.

Climbers prayed for their safety in a traditional ritual at a site on the mountain that is one-thousand-169-meters above sea level.

Waterfalls in the mountain were also frozen solid amid the frigid weather.

But some waterfalls are defying the cold weather and continue to flow, a testament to the mysteries of nature.

Population Falls in Seoul Area for First Time in 4 Decades

Baskent bölgesi, 40 yil içinde ilk kez 2011'de nüfus düsüsü yasadi.

Kore Istatistik Kurumu pazartesi günü, istatistiklerin ilk kez 1970de kaydedilmesinden bu yana nüfustaki düsüsü vurgulayarak Seoul ve çevresindeki Gyeonggi Eyaletinden 8000 kisinin tasindigini açikladi.

Seoul ve Gyeonggi'ye tasinan nüfus 2005'deki net 129 binden 2010'da 31 bine düstü.

Gençler ve 20li yaslardakiler arasinda 44 bin daha fazla kisi bölgeye tasindi, fakat 30lu yaslardaki daha fazla kisi bölgeden tasindi.

The capital region saw its population fall in 2011 for the first time in 40 years.

Statistics Korea said Monday that net eight-thousand people moved out of Seoul and surrounding Gyeonggi Province last year, marking a decrease in the area's population since statics were first recorded in 1970.

The population moving into Seoul and Gyeonngi has decreased from net 129-thousand in 2005 to 31-thousand in 2010.

Among teenagers and those in their 20s, 44-thousand more people moved into the region, but more people in their 30s moved out of the region.

Parents and children pick out stationery at Changsin-dong Toy and Stationery Wholesale Market in central Seoul yesterday. Changsin is Korea’s largest toy and stationery market, selling products ranging from toys and stationery to party supplies at over 100 stores nationwide. At the start of every new school semester, the market is teeming with shoppers hunting for high-quality stationery at prices 30 to 40 percent cheaper than at most retail stores.

Insanlar 1 Subatta Seoul’de bulunan Hyundai Magazasi’nin çikisinda bulunan 14 Subat Sevgililer Günü öncesi çikolatadan yapilmis olan dev ayakkabiyi gördüklerinde hayrete düstü. Magaza, 2 metre yüksekliginde ve 3 metre genisligindeki ayakkabiyi yapmak için 60 kilogram çikolata kullandiklarini ve yapiminin iki hafta sürdügünü açikladi.
