February 21st, 2006: Gyeongin local terrestrial broadcasting licenses Recommended Basic Plan / publicity.
February 22nd, 2006: Young-Ahn Hats, Inc. established OBS Corporation.
February 24th, 2006: Gyeongin area recommendations apply for terrestrial authorization notice.
March 27th, 2006: Gyeongin area recommendations apply for terrestrial authorization deadline.
April 28th, 2006: Gyeongin local terrestrial broadcasting license established.
May 2nd, 2006: Gyeongin TV was launched in Incheon.
July 22nd, 2006: Amendment of Incheon Media law passed the national assembly.
August 29th, 2006: Inaugural Meeting.
