10 Aralık’ta Star News’in yayınladığı habere göre 13 Aralık’ta Seoul Yeoksamdong THE RAUM’da yapılacak Sungmin ve sanatçı Kim Sa Eun’ın (29) düğününde Ryeowook, çiftin kutlama şarkılarını seslendirecek.
Ayrıca Brad Little, Lee Gun Young ve Seo Ji Young da düğünde şarkı söyleyecek isimler arasında.

According to multiple broadcast insiders in an exclusive by Star News on the 10th, it's been revealed that Ryeowook will sing the congratulatory song at Sungmin and musical actress Kim Sa Eun (29)'s wedding at The RAUM in Yeoksamdong, Seoul on the 13th. A source close to Sungmin told Star News, "Ryeowook will be singing to congratulate Sungmin on his marriage."

Brad Little, Lee Gun Young, and Seo Ji Young will also sing at the private event, which will be attended by families, friends, and fellow celebrities.

Complaint Against Shin Jung Hwan for Alleged Fraud Refiled

Shin Jung Hwan’a Dolandırıcılık Yaptığı İddiasıyla Dava Açıldı

Düğününe 10 gün kala, Shin Jung Hwan’a (39) dolandırıcılık yaptığı gerekçesiyle dava açıldı.

Medya kuruluşları, daha önce televizyon kişiliğine karşı geri şikayetini geri çeken işadadmı A’nın dolandırıcılık iddiasıyla tekrar Shin Jung Hwan’a dava açtığını belirtti. Bay A, “Shin Jung Hwan’a yaptığım şikayeti bana verdiği anlaşma muhtırasından sonra geri çekmiştim ve 17 Ekim’de yaklaşık 140 milyon won ödeme yaptım. Geçen ağustos ayında Ilgan Sports’a verdiği bir röportajda, “70 milyon won borç aldığım doğru. Ayrıca bir borç senedi hazırlanmıştı ve bitiş tarihi gelecek yıldı.hiçbir problem olmadı, ancak borç veren taraf bunu bir olay haline getirdi… Para aldığım iddiası, ona bir ün getirdiğimi söylüyor, çok saçma. Böyle bir şey olmadı ve asla olmayacak. Her şey barış çerçevesinde çözüldü ve şu an her şey yolunda.” şeklinde bir açıklama yaptı.

Bu şikayet nedeniyle, polis yakında Shin Jung Hwan’ı sorgulamak için götürecek. Ayrıca Shin Jung Hwan 20 Aralık’ta Seul’de evlenecek.

With 10 days until his wedding, a complaint against Shin Jung Hwan (39) for alleged fraud has been refiled.

Media outlets reported that businessman A, who previously withdrew his complaint against the TV personality, pressed charges against Shin Jung Hwan again for alleged fraud. Mr. A stated, "I withdrew my complaint against Shin Jung Hwan after he gave me a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that I would be paid back the sum of 140 million KRW (~126,400 USD) by October 17. However, he only paid me back 30 million KRW (~27,000 USD), and I couldn't get in contact with him afterwards."

Shin Jung Hwan previously responded to the claim that he received 100 million KRW (~90,200 USD) from A with the promise that he would help A's son become a celebrity in 2010. He commented on the case in an interview with Ilgan Sports last August, "It is true that I personally borrowed 70 million KRW (~63,200 USD). I even wrote an IOU, and the due date is next year. There shouldn't be any problem, but the lender's side made it into an issue... The claim that I received money, saying that I would make him into a celebrity, is ridiculous. That has never happened, and nothing like that will ever happen. Everything has been peacefully resolved now and organized."

With this refiled complaint, the police will soon bring in Shin Jung Hwan for questioning. He is also set to tie the knot in Seoul on December 20.

Chinese Cosmetics Company Uses Photos of Luhan from his EXO Promotions, SM to Take Action Against Copyright Infringement

SM İzinsiz Kullanımlara Savaş Açtı

Çin’de KanS adında bir kozmetik firmasının, EXO üyesi Luhan’ın, grubun promosyonları için çekilmiş fotoğraflarını izinsiz kullandığı tespit edildi.

SM Ajans 11 Aralık’ta yaptığı açıklamada durumla ilgili, “İsmi geçen markanın, SM Ajansı’na ait fotoğrafları izinsiz bir şekilde kullandığını ve arşivlediğini tespit ettik. Konuyla ilgili avukatlarımızla görüştük. Gerekli işlemler yapılacaktır” dedi.

Chinese cosmetics company KanS used photos of Luhan from his EXO promotions without permission from SM Entertainment for their advertisements, leading the agency to take action against this copyright infringement.

The photo of Luhan covering his right eye with a heart in the poster is from EXO's Chinese CF and the photo of Luhan on the cushion is also from EXO promotions. Since SM Entertainment owns the copyright to the photos of Luhan taken under the agency, one would need prior permission to use their artist-affiliated CFs, posters, photos, and more.

SM Entertainment responded on the 11th, "We've confirmed that the copyright on the photos, which the cosmetics company used, belong to SM, and collected data on it... We are in talks with out lawyers regarding what action to take against the related party."

Brad Little, Lee Gun Young, Seo Ji Young, Kim Ah Sun, and Ryeowook also sang the congratulatory songs. During the reception, the couple looked into each other's eyes and sang a duet, receiving a round of applause from the guests.

After the wedding, Sungmin and Kim Sa Eun left for the Maldives for their honeymoon.
