Exports of S. Korean oil products up 7.7 pct through Sept.

Güney Kore Petrol Ürünleri İhracatı Eylül Ayında %7.7 Arttı

Pazar günü bir ticaret birliği uluslararası petrol ürünleri piyasasındaki rekabetçi sınırlar sayesinde Güney Kore'nin petrol ürünleri ihracatının bu yılın ilk 9 ayında önemli ölçüde arttığını açıkladı.

Kore Petrol Birliğine göre dışarı giden petrol ürünleri geçen yılın aynı dönemine göre %7.7 artarak Ocak-Eylül döneminde 41.5 milyar dolar oldu.

South Korean exports of oil products rose moderately in the first nine months of this year thanks to their sharp competitive edge in the international oil product market, a trade association said Sunday.

According to the Korea Petroleum Association (KPA), outbound shipments of oil products came to US$41.5 billion in the January-September period, up 7.7 percent from the same period last year.

S. Korea's job creation quickens in Sept.

G. Kore'nin İş Oluşumu Eylül Ayında Arttı

Çarşamba günü yayınlanan bir hükümet raporuna göre Güney Kore'nin işsizlik oranı Eylül ayında, geçen aya göre azaldı ve iş alanı oluşturulması da arttı; bu da iş piyasasındaki durumun düzeldiğine dair umutları artırdı.

Kore İstatistik Kurumunun raporuna göre işsizlik oranı önceki aya göre % 3 azalarak geçen ay %2.9'da kaldı.

South Korea's jobless rate inched down in September from a month earlier and job creation also quickened, raising hopes that the labor market conditions are improving, a government report showed Wednesday.

According to the report by Statistics Korea, the jobless rate stood at 2.9 percent last month, down from 3 percent tallied in the previous month.

S.Korean Exports in September See Smaller Decline

G. Kore İhracatı Eylül Ayında Daha Az Düşüş Gördü

Güney Kore ihracatı durgun küresel ekonomi nedeniyle eylül ayında düştü ama düşüş azaldı. En fazla düşüş otomobil ve gemide oldu.

Kore Gümrük Hizmeti ticaret verilerine göre, Güney Kore ihracatı bir yıl öncesine göre 45.6 milyar dolar düştü. Eylül ayında ithalat ise, %6.1 ile 42.5 milyar dolar olarak gerçekleşti.

Ticaret fazlası 3.1 milyar dolar olarak ölçüldü.

Eylül ayındaki ihracat düşüşü, ağustos ayında görülen %6.2'lik düşüşten daha az oldu.

Petrol ürünleri ihracatı, kablosuz iletişim ürünleri ve otomobil parçalarının ihracatı artarken, yarı iletkenler, arabalar ve gemiler geçen ay düşüşe yol açtı.

Eylül ayında Japonya'ya ihracat bir yıl önceye göre %12.7, Avrupa Birliği'ne %5.1 ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ne %0.5 azaldı.

Çin'e yapılan ihracat %1 artarken, Orta Doğu'ya ihracat %17.8 arttı.

South Korean exports fell in September, with cars and ships leading the fall due to the sluggish global economy, but the slide was shortened to some extent.

According to revised trade data from the Korea Customs Service, exports in South Korea fell two percent to 45-point-six billion dollars compared to a year ago, while imports fell more quickly by six-point-one percent in September to 42-point-five billion dollars.

The trade surplus was measured at three-point-one billion dollars.

The fall in September’s exports was smaller than the fall seen in August at six-point-two percent.

Semiconductors, cars and ships led the fall last month, while exports of petroleum products, wireless communications products and car parts rose.

Exports to Japan in September fell 12-point-seven percent from a year earlier, the European Union by five-point-one percent and the United States by zero-point-five percent.

On the other hand, exports to the Middle East jumped 17-point-eight percent while exports to China rose one percent.

AmorePacific to complete 2nd Chinese plant in 2014

Çarşamba günü şirket yetkilileri Güney Kore'nin 1 numaralı kozmetik üreticisi AmorePacific Şti.'nin 2014 yılında Çin'de ikinci bir fabrika açmayı planladığını açıkladı.

Şangay'da inşaatı devam eden fabrika, tamamlandığında yılda 1 trilyon won (US$905 milyon) değerinde kozmetik ürün üretecek.

AmorePacific Corp., South Korea's No. 1 cosmetics manufacturer, plans to complete construction of its second Chinese plant in 2014 company officials said Wednesday.

The factory, currently under construction in Shanghai, will manufacture cosmetics products worth 1 trillion won (US$905 million) per year when it is completed.

Seoul to invest 350 bln won in robot industry

Seoul, Robot Sanayisine 350 Milyar Won Harcayacak

Ticaret Bakanlığı çarşamba günü hükümetin gelecek 10 yıl içinde ülkenin robot endüstrisini 10 kattan fazla artırmayı planladığını açıkladı.

Plana göre hükümet gelecek 10 yıl içinde çeşitli teknolojiler ve yeni endüstrileri geliştirmek için 350 milyar won (US$316 milyon) yatırım yapacak.

The government plans to expand the country's robot industry by more than 10 times over the next decade, the commerce ministry said Wednesday.

Under the plan, the government will invest 350 billion won (US$316 million) over the next 10 years to develop various technologies and new industrial.
