Korean Makgeolli Ad in Wall Street Journal

Wall Street Bülteninde Kore Makgeolli Reklamı

Seoul'deki Sungshin Bayanlar Üniversitesi profesörü Seo Kyung-duk, Kore'nin mayalanmış geleneksel pirinç şarabı Makgeolli'nin 21 Mayıs 2013 tarihinde basılan Wall Street bülteninin ön sayfasındaki reklamını gösterdi. Reklamda Güney Koreli oyuncu Song Il-gook Makgeolli servisi yapıyor.

Seo Kyung-duk, professor of Seoul's Sungshin Women's University, shows an ad for makgeolli, Korea's traditional fermented rice wine, which appeared on the front page of the Wall Street Journal's May 21, 2013, edition. South Korean actor Song Il-gook serves makgeolli in the ad.

Sungnyemun Revealed

Sungnyemun Açıldı

26 Mayıs 2013'te, insanlar Seoul'ün merkezinde bulunan Sungnyemun veya Namdaemun(Güney Kapısı)'un üst katını geziyorlar. Üst kat resmi tatillerde sadece 60 kişiye açık. Joseon Handanlığı(1392-1910) hükümranlığı süresince Seoul'ün ana kapısı olan yapı 4 Mayıs 2013'te 5 yıllık restorasyondan sonra halka açıldı. Yapı 2008'deki kundaklama olayı yüzünden yıkılmıştı.

People tour the upper story of Namdaemun (South Gate) or Sungnyemun in downtown Seoul on May 26, 2013. The upper story is open to only 60 people on public holidays. The main gate to Seoul during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) opened to the public on May 4, 2013, after a five-year restoration work. It was destroyed in an arson attack in 2008.

S. Korean director wins best short film honors at Cannes

Güney Koreli Yönetmen Cannes'de En İyi Kısa Film Ödülünü Aldı

26 Mayıs 2013'te, Güney Koreli yönetmen Moon Byoung-on, 2013 Cannes Film Festivali'nde "Safe" adlı kısa filmiyle kazandığı en iyi kısa film ödülünü aldıktan sonra poz veriyor. Kısa Film Palme d'Or'un kazananı "Safe", günümüzde geçen hikayesiyle kız öğrenci koleji mezunu ve bir kumarhanedeki döviz standında yarı zamanlı çalışan kızın ve kumar bağımlısı bir adamın hüzünlü portresini çiziyor.
