Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2012 to be held in COEX this week

Bu Hafta COEX'de 2012 Seoul Karakter ve Lisanslama Fuarı Düzenlenecek

Karakterler, oyunlar, çizgi film, animasyon ve diğer etkinliklere ev sahipliği yapan 2012 Seoul Karakter ve Lisanslama Fuarı, Seoul'ün güneyindeki Samseongdong'da COEX (Kongre ve Sergi Merkezi) binasında çarşamba gününden pazar gününe kadar sürecek.

Kültür bakanlığının desteği ile KOCCA ve COEX tarafından organize edilen Asya'nın en büyük forumuna yaklaşık 170 yerli ve yabancı şirket ve şirketlere bağlı 5,000 kişi katılacak.

Home grown characters, games, cartoons, animation and other contents will be displayed at the Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2012 to be held from Wednesday through Sunday at the COEX in Samseongdong, southern Seoul.

About 170 local and foreign contents companies and some 5,000 people in the contents business will participate in Asia's biggest forum for contents to be organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and the COEX with the support of the culture ministry.

17 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde, güneybatı Güney Kore'de yer alan Jangheung Belediyesi tarafından Seoul'de düzenlenen etkinlik sırasında insanlar tatlı su içine doğranmış karpuz koyularak hazırlanmış punçtan aldı. Jangheung Belediyesi bunu 27 Temmuz-2 Ağustos tarihleri arasında ev sahipliği yapacağı su festivalini tanıtmak için düzenledi.

S. Korea, Uzbekistan Jointly Excavate Karatepa Remains

G. Kore ve Özbekistan ortaklaşa Karatepa’de Kazı Yaptılar

Burada görüldüğü üzere çömlek Afganistan sınırı yakınlarındaki güney Özbek kenti Tirmiz’deki üç tepenin üzerinde inşa edilen Budist ibadet yeri olan Karatepa’daki bir Budist tapınağının kalıntılarından çıkarılmıştır. Güney Kore'nin Ulusal Kültürel Varlıkları Araştırma Enstitüsü (NRICH) ve Özbek meslektaşı, son zamanlarda ortak kazı çalışmalarında kalıntılar buldular. Kalıntılar, M.Ö 1-3. yüzyıllarda, Pakistan ve Hindistan’ın kuzeyindeki Ganj Nehri vadisi, Tacikistan’dan Afganistan'a kadar uzanan geniş bir alanda hüküm süren Kushan İmparatorluğu’ndan geriye kalmıştır.

Seen here is earthenware that was excavated from the ruins of a Buddhist temple in Karatepa, a Buddhist place of worship built on three hills situated in the southern Uzbek city of Termez near the border with Afghanistan. South Korea's National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage (NRICH) and its Uzebek counterpart recently found the remains in a joint excavation work. The remains date back to the Kushan Empire that ruled a vast area ranging from Tajikistan to Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Ganges River valley in northern India in the 1-3 centuries A.D.

Uruguaylı bir gösteri topluluğu, 18 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde Güney Kore liman kenti Yeosu’daki Yeosu Fuarı’nda, Güney Amerika ülkesinin Ulusal Günü münasebetiyle geleneksel bir dans yaptılar. Yeosu Fuarı, 12 Mayıs’ta “Yaşayan Okyanus ve Sahil” teması adı altında üç aylık bir dönem için açılmıştı.

KBS Founds Hallyu Magazine 'KBS Kwave'

KBS, 'KBS Kwave' Adlı Hallyu Dergisi Çıkardı

Kore Yayın Sistemi (KBS), tamamiyle Hallyu konuları içeren bir dergi oluşturdu. Kore Dalgası olarak da bilinen Hallyu, müzik, tiyatro ve filmlerle yurtdışında popülerlik kazanan Güney Kore kültüründe bir fenomen haline geldi.

KBS Hallyu ekibi, “KBS Kwave”'nin kurulması sebebiyle çarşamba günü Seoul şehir merkezinde bir açılış töreni düzenledi. Derginin çeşitli şeyler ve Güney Kore'nin geleneksel ve pop kültürlerinde oluşan gelişmeleri içereceğini söyledi.

KBS, derginin Güney Kore kültürünü dünya çapındaki herkese tanıtmasını ve böylece Hallyu'nun yayılmasına katkı sağlamasını umdukları söyledi. KBS Kwave, Temmuz ayından itibaren her ay satışa sunulacak.

The Korea Broadcasting System (KBS) has founded a comprehensive culture magazine on Hallyu. Hallyu, also known as the Korean Wave, is a phenomenon in which South Korean culture is gaining popularity overseas through music, dramas, and movies.

A KBS Hallyu team on Wednesday held a launching ceremony for the founding of “KBS Kwave” in downtown Seoul. It said that the magazine will introduce various contents and developments on South Korea’s traditional and pop cultures.

KBS said that the magazine is expected to increase the awareness of South Korean culture around the world and thus contributing to the spread of Hallyu. KBS Kwave will be published every other month starting from July.

Six South Korean artists to participate in Olympic Fine Arts 2012 Exhibition

Önümüzdeki ay Londra'da düzenlenecek olan Olimpiyat Oyunlarının büyük sanat etkinliği "2012 Olimpik Güzel Sanatlar" Fuarına altı Güney Koreli sanatçı katılacak.

Kore Profesyonel Ressamlar Derneği Uzmanı Han Joong-seon, Kore Mokwoohoe Güzel Sanatlar Derneği Başkanı Lee Ki-jeon, Eski Güzel Sanatlar Derneği Başkanı Roh Jae-soon ve üç başka sanatçı, Avrupa'daki en büyük sahne sanatları merkezi Barbican Merkezi'nde düzenlenecek olan fuara konuk olacak. Diğer katılımcılar ise Kore Güzel Sanatlar Derneği Yönetmeni Kim Seol-hwa, Hongik Üniversitesi Profesörü Chung Jong-ki ve Seoul Sanat Enstitüsü Profesörü Cho Hyun-choul'dan oluşuyor.

Six South Korean artists will participate in the "Olympic Fine Arts 2012" exhibition, a grand art event of the Olympic Games, to be held in London next month.

Han Joong-seon, an auditor of the Korea Professional Artists Association; Lee Ki-jeon, chairman of the Korea Mokwoohoe Fine Art Association; Roh Jae-soon, former chairman of the Korean Fine Arts Association; and three other artists will be guest artists at the exhibition to be held at the Barbican Centre, the largest performing arts center in Europe. located in the north of the City of London. The other participants are Kim Seol-hwa, a director of the Korean Fine Arts Association; Chung Jong-ki, a professor at Hongik University; and Cho Hyun-choul, a professor at the Seoul Institute of the Arts.

Puchon film festival to screen 231 movies

Puchon Film Festivali, 231 Film Yayınlanacak

Asya'nın en büyük etkinliği Puchon Uluslararası Fantastik Film Festivali, aşk, fantastik ve macera konulu filmleri sergileyerek, Seoul'ün güneybatısında yer alan Bucheon'da perşembe günü halka açılacak.

PiFan olarak da bilinen ve bu yıl 16.'sı düzenlenen festival, Min Gyu-dong'un da içinde bulunduğu beş Güney Koreli aktör tarafından dört bölümlük korku filmlerden seçmeler "Korku Hikayeleri" ile perdeyi açacak.

The Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival, Asia's largest genre event, will open Thursday in Bucheon, just southwest of Seoul, showcasing this year's themes of love, fantasy and adventure.

The 16th annual festival, known as PiFan, will raise its curtains with a showing of "Horror Stories," the horror omnibus film of four episodes by five South Korean directors, including Min Gyu-dong.
