Kukkiwon, Seoul’de Dünya Taekwondo Federasyonu tarafından kurulmuş bir taekwondo akademisi, akademiden bir ekip 8 Aralık tarihinde 2010 Seoul Dünya Taekwondo Festivali’nin açılış törenini gerçekleştirdi. 11 Aralık’a kadar gösterimde olan festivale 41 ülkeden 2.000 ‘den fazla sporcu katılmakta.
