Güney Kore Parlamentosu Avrupa Birliğiyle İmzalanan Serbest Ticaret Anlaşmasını Onayladı
Güney Kore Ulusal Meclisi’nde, ana muhalefet partisinin süreci boykot etmesine rağmen Temmuz ayında yürürlüğe girecek olan Avrupa Birliği ile imzalanan serbest ticaret anlaşması onaylandı.
Çarşamba günü geç saatlerde düzenlenen ekstra parlamento oturumunda, Serbest Ticaret Anlaşması (FTA) tasarısı 5 boş oy ve 1 tek oy farkıyla meclisten geçti. Meclisten tasarının geçirilmesini engellemek amacıyla Demokrat Parti(DP), oturumu protesto ederek meclisi terk etti.

South Korea’s National Assembly ratified the free trade agreement (FTA) with the European Union (EU), allowing it to take effect in July, despite the main opposition party boycotting the voting process.
In an extra parliamentary session held late Wednesday, the FTA ratification bill was passed by a margin of 163 to one with five lawmakers casting blank votes. The opposition Democratic Party (DP), which did not use force to block the passage, opted to leave the assembly in protest.
