Geobukseon, Orijinal Haliyle Restore Edildi
Fotoğrafta görülen, Güney Chungcheong Eyaleti’nde bulunan Seocheon’daki bir tersanede tarihi bir yöntemle yakın bir zamanda restore edilen üç katlı Geobukseon (Kaplumbağa Gemi) adlı savaş gemisidir. Efsanevi Kore Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanı Yi Sun-shin tarafından tasarlanan Geobukseon, 15. yüzyılın başlarında istilacı Japon kuvvetlerini püskürtmeyi başarmıştır. Gemi 25.6 metre uzunluğunda, 8.67 metre genişliğinde ve 6.06 metre yüksekliğindedir.

Seen here is a three-floor Geobukseon (Turtle Ship) that was recently restored using historical research at a shipyard in Seocheon, South Chungcheong Province. Geobukseon is a warship designed by legendary Korean naval chief Adm. Yi Sun-shin and used to fight off invading Japanese forces in the early 15th century. The ship is 25.6 ｍeters long, 8.67 ｍeters wide and 6.06 ｍeters high.
