Ulusal Meclis Kamu Kurumlarını Soruşturmaya Devam Ediyor
Ulusal Meclis cuma günü, 13 daimi komitedeki devlet kurumlarında yaptığı incelemeye devam edecek.
Savunma Bakanlığı ve Genelkurmay Personeli’nin milli savunma komitesindeki denetiminde, Sarı Deniz’deki iki Kore arasındaki deniz sınırının iptal edildiği ile ilgili Devlet Başkanı Roh Moo-hyun’un sözleri üzerine iktidar ve muhalefet milletvekillerinin tartışması bekleniyor. Komite ayrıca, bu ayın başlarında iltica girişiminde bulunan bir Kuzey Koreli askerin Kore sınırını geçmesinin fark edilmemesi olayına da değinecek.
Kore Olimpiyat Komitesi’nin turizm, yayın ve iletişim komitesindeki denetiminde, rakip kampların parlamento denetimlerinde bir çıkmaz üzerine tartışmaları muhtemel.
Yargı ve mevzuat komitesindeki Seoul Yüksek Mahkemesi ve Seoul Merkez Bölge Mahkemesi denetiminde, milletvekilleri Buil Burs Vakfı’nı kuran Busanlı iş adamı Kim Ji-tae’nin ailesi tarafından açılan bir dava üzerinde duracak. Kim 1982 yılında öldü.
Kim’in ailesi eski başkan Park Chung-hee tarafından Busanlı iş adamının hissesini devretmeye zorlandığı iddiasına dayanarak vakıf hisselerini geri istiyor. Buil Burs Vakfı, Jeongju Burs Vakfı olarak biliniyor.

The National Assembly will continue its inspection of government agencies at 13 standing committees on Friday.
At the national defense committee’s inspection of the Defense Department and Joint Chiefs of Staff, ruling and opposition lawmakers are expected to clash over former President Roh Moo-hyun’s alleged remarks to nullify the inter-Korean maritime border in the Yellow Sea. The committee will also touch on an incident in which a North Korean soldier crossed the inter-Korean border undetected earlier this month in a defection attempt.
At the committee on tourism, broadcasting and communication’s inspection of the Korean Olympic Committee, rival camps are likely to trade barbs over a deadlock in the parliamentary inspections.
At the committee on legislation and judiciary’s inspection of the Seoul High Court and the Seoul Central District Court, lawmakers will focus on a suit filed by the family of Busan business tycoon, Kim Ji-tae, who founded the Buil Scholarship Foundation. He died in 1982.
Kim’s family is seeking the return of shares in the foundation based on the claim that the Busan tycoon was forced by former president Park Chung-hee to hand over his stake. The Buil Scholarship Foundation is now known as the Jeongsu Scholarship Foundation.
