Askeriye Kuzey Kore’ye Karşı Hava Saldırısı Planladı
Güney Kore askeri, olası bir Kuzey Kore saldırısına karşılık vermek için hedef bir hava saldırısı planı hazırladığını açıkladı.
Plan kapsamında, Kuzey Kore Güney Kore’nin başkenti Seoul’e veya başkent çevresine saldırırsa devlet misilleme olarak Kuzey Kore başkenti Pyonyang’a saldırı başlatacak.
Üst düzey bir askeri yetkili, şimdiye kadar Kuzey Kore’nin kışkırtmalarına karşılık Güney Kore’nin harekete geçmesi için Ateşkes Antlaşması doğrultusunda BM Komutanlığınca onaylama sürecinin gerektiğini söyledi. Resmi görevli yeni plan kapsamında, Güney Kore’nin müdafaa için Kuzey’in kışkırtmalarına hemen yanıt verebileceğini söyledi.
Askeriye, Kuzey Kore’nin 2010 yılında Yeonpyeong Adası’nı bombalamasından sonra misilleme olarak hava saldırısı planı hazırladığını açıkladı. Plan sadece Kuzey’in saldırısını ve Kuzey’i destekleyen güçleri hedef almayacak, aynı zamanda Güney’de yaşanan acının hasarı karşılığında karşı saldırı başlatacak.

The South Korean military has reportedly drafted a targeted strike plan to respond to a potential North Korean attack.
Under the plan, if the North attacks the South Korean capital Seoul and the metropolitan area, the government would launch a retaliatory attack on the North Korean capital Pyongyang.
A senior military official said that until now in the event of a North Korean provocation, South Korean action required a process of approval by the UN Command in line with the rules of engagement of the Armistice Agreement. The official said under the new plan, South Korea can immediately respond to the North’s provocation for self-defense.
The military reportedly made the retaliatory strike plan following North Korea’s shelling of Yeonpyeong Island in late 2010. The plan would not only target the attack origin and supporting forces of the North’s provocation, but also launch a counterattack corresponding to the scale of damage suffered in the South.
