LG Elektronik’in bir yöneticisi olan Kim Young-ki (solda) Birleşmiş Milletler Küresel İlkeler Sözleşmesi (UNGC)’nin Seoul kolu genel sekreteri Joo Chul-ki ile şirketin UNGC’ye giriş sertifikasını vermek için 21 Ocak’ta Seoul’de yapılan bir törende poz verir. 2000 yılında faaliyete başlayan UNGC, imza atan şirketlerin insan hakları, iş gücü, çevre ve rüşvete karşı olma gibi uymayı taahhüt ettiği 10 prensibi kapsayan bir teşebbüstür.
