Gerçek yapım tarihi bilinmemesine rağmen, evin stili orta Joseon döneminde (1392-1910) inşa edilmiş olduğunu göstermektedir. Evin ilk hali iki bina gibidir ama 1934 yılındaki sel nedeniyle kaybolmuştur. Anchae veya iç çeyrek görevinde kalan bina, önünde altı sütun ve arka tarafında bir üçgen biçiminde çatısı vardır. Evin küçük bir kısmı restoran olarak turistlere ikramda bulunma bölümüne dönüştürülmüştür.

Though the actual construction date is not known, the style of the house suggests it was built in the mid Joseon period (1392-1910). The house originally comprised two buildings but one was lost during a flood in 1934. The remaining building, which served as the anchae, or inner quarters, has six pillars in the front and back and three at each side and a gabled roof.The house has been converted into a small restaurant catering to tourists.
