Kim Il-sung'un Dogum Gününde, Pyongyang Karsiti Sloganlar Gönderildi

15 Nisan - Paju, Güney Kore --> Kuzey Kore ile sinir komsusu olan Paju'daki bir grup eylemci, Kuzey Kore kurucusu Kim Il-sung'un 99. dogum günü dolayisiyla 15 Nisan'da Prongyang karsiti sloganlar içeren balonlar uçurdular.

Dünya Dans Günü'nde Açikhava Kutlamalari

World Dance Day takes celebrations outdoors

Every year on April 29 millions of dancers in over 150 countries fete World Dance Day. For the first time, South Korea will host official events for the occasion established by UNESCO’s International Dance Council (CID).

Asya-Pasifik AIDS Kongresi Kore'de Basliyor

Içlerinde organize komitesi baskani Cho Myung-hwan'in da (soldan üçüncü) bulundugu Asya ve Pasifik'deki 10. Uluslararasi AIDS Kongresi organizatörleri, 21 Nisan'da Seoul Basin Merkezi'nde basin toplantisi sirasinda 6688 prezervatif ile yapilan "Kirmizi Kurdele Duvari"nin önünde objektiflere poz verdiler. Asya ve Pasifik UNAIDS ve AIDS Toplulugu, 26-30 Agustos tarihleri arasinda Busan'daki toplantiya ev sahipligi yapacaklar.

Ölen Askerlerini Andilar

Britanya Milletler Toplulugu'ndan yaklasik 360 gazi ve er, Busan'daki Birlesmis Milletler Mezarligi'nda bulunan ve Kore savasinda hayatini kaybetmis olan askerlerine saygilarini sundular. BM bayragi altinda 11 ülkeden yaklasik 2300 asker dünya çevresinde BM askerleri için olusturulan tek mezarlik olan Busan'daki bu mezarliga gömülmüstü.

Remembering the Fallen

About 360 veterans and servicemen from British Commonwealth nations pay tribute at the United Nations Cemetery in Busan to the soldiers who fought in the Korean War. About 2,300 soldiers from 11 countries under the UN flag were buried in the cemetery, the only graveyard for UN soldiers in the world.
