Kore Değerlendirme Kurulu, vergilendirme ve diğer işlemler için gayrimenkuller dahil çeşitli hayati malların değerlendirilmesinde uzmanlaşmış bir devlet kuruluşudur.

40 yıldır değerlendirme hizmeti veren bir devlet kurumu olarak, dürüst ve güvenilir olduğu imajını vurgulamak ve büyümesini desteklemek için yeni bir HQ binası gerekliydi.

Samoo Mimarlar ve Mühendisler tarafından tasarlanan yeni HQ ofisi, kuruluş tarafından gerekli görülen marka imajını sağlamaktadır. Platformun yatay kütlesi, çift yükseltili açık lobisi ve kamu hizmet binasıyla ziyaretçileri ağırlamak için sağlam bir zemin oluşturmaktadır.

Şeffaf dolgu duvar cepheleri, çeşitli peyzaj ve aydınlatma özellikleri ile canlandırarak platformdaki etkinliklerin sokak seviyesinde olması için tasarlanmıştır. Sıkıca platformun üzerinde duran eşsiz geometrik desen kuruluşun, güven ve birliğini simgeleyecek ana kuleyi oluşturmaktadır.

Yapılardaki iç içe geçmiş dolgu duvar ve taş panellerden oluşan ön cephe, özellikle ofis alanlarına gün ışığını daha çok almasını sağlarken soğutma yüklerini en aza indirmek üzere düzenlenmiştir. 5.'ci ve 10.'cu katlar arasında yer alan dikey avlu doğal havalandırmayı sağlar. 10.'cu kata yerleştirilen mavi kutu, kapalı bahçe ve izleme platformuyla kuruluşta çalışanların etkileşimini sağlamak için konulmuştur.

Yenilikçi bir cephe, bir buz depolama sistemi, PV paneller ve diğer teknolojilerin sürdürülebilirliğini en üst düzeyde sağlamayı amaçlamak için merkezi Bina Yönetim Sistemi ile entegre edilmiştir.

Sonuç olarak, AR-GE'si, toplantı salonları, kuruluştaki çeşitli meslek çeşitleriyle koordine edilmiş avlularıyla bir bütün olarak, yeni HQ binası büyümeyi sürdürebilmek için yeni bir temel sağlayacaktır.

Korea Appraisal Board Headquarters in Daegu, Daegu, South Korea

The Korea Appraisal Board is a government agency that specializes in evaluating a variety of goods including real estate which is vital for taxation and other procedures.

As a government agency that has provided evaluation services for over 40 years, it needed a new HQ building that would support its growth and emphasize its image as an honest and trustworthy agency.

Designed by Samoo Architects & Engineers, the new HQ office provides the brand image required by the agency. The horizontal mass of the podium represents a solid foundation with a double-height open lobby and public-service facilities that will welcome visitors.

With transparent curtain-wall facades, activities at the podium will be projected to the street level which will be invigorated with landscape and lighting features. Standing firmly above the podium will be the main tower with its unique geometric pattern symbolizing unity and confidence of the agency.

The facade with its interlocking curtain-wall and stone panels were specifically arranged to minimize cooling-loads while maximizing natural lights into the office areas. A vertical atrium located between the 5th and 10th floor allows natural ventilation through stack effects. A blue box inserted on the 10th floor provides indoor gardens and viewing platforms that promote interaction between employees of the agency.

An innovative facade, an ice-storage system, PV panels and other technologies are integrated through a central Building Management System that aims to provide the highest level of sustainability.

And with a complete set of facilities including R&D, an auditorium, and courtyards, which are coordinated with the work-patterns of the agency, the new HQ building will provide a new basis for sustainable growth.
