It is the year 1800, the last year of Chungjo's reign. Chungjo, a king of the Chosun dynasty, knows that his unborn son from his beloved concubine, Chungyeon and his unborn son to the 20th century through a magical gate of time. In the year 1996, the son 'Doyeon' is 18 years old. His mother had died giving birth, and he has been raised by a warrior. Suddenly, another warrior arrives from the past with 30 Japanese assassins. WooWungum feels compassion towards Doyeon who is completely lost in the turmoil. Finally, a battle between Woowungum and the Japanese warrior, Takeojo, will decide the fate of Chosun.
