SEOHOJIN açıklarındaki bu adada cennetten bir peri kızı yaşamaktaydı.
Bir gün genç bir adam geldi, ona yaklaşarak söyle dedi "Nereden geldin?"
"Ben, Deniz Tanrı’sının oğluyum ve ben bu adaya dünyayı görmek için geldim". dedi.
Onlar birbirini beğendi ve birlikte adaya yerleştiler.
Bir ev inşa ettiler, balıkçılık yaparak ve koyun besleyerek bir arada mutlu bir yasam sürdüler.
Çocukları da oldu. Bir gece, şiddetli bir fırtına meydana geldi ve hepsi bilincini kaybetti.
Bilinci yerine geldiği zaman, periden hiçbir iz yoktu.
Çocuklarıyla yalnız kaldı ve peri geri dönmedi.
Bu adada yasayan yaklaşık 400 balıkçının tamamının bu çiftin torunları olduğu söyleniyor.
Bu adada bütün kızlar, çiçekler gibi çok güzeldir, ve KKODSEOM olarak bilinen adaya Çiçek Adası denmesinin sebebi de budur.

On this island in front of SEOHOJIN was living a fairy, a daughter of Heaven.
One day a young man showed up and approached her, who said to him
"Where are you from?"
"I'm the son of the Sea God, and I came to this island to look around the world."
said he. They took fancy to each other and settled together on the island.
They led a happy life together, building a house, fishing, and tending sheep.
They had children as well. One night, there came a heavy storm, and they all lost their consciousness.
When he came to his consciousness, there was no trace of the fairy.
He was left alone with his children, and the fairy did not come back.
There are about 400 fishermen living on this island,
and they are all said the descendants of the couple.
The girls on this island are all very beautiful like flowers, and that is why the island became known as KKODSEOM,
the Flower Island.
