SHINee and 2NE1 win Mutizens on Inkigayo, plus other performances
SBS’deki Inkigayo haftalik performans yayiniyla bir kez daha ekranlardaydi.
Inkigayo, 2PM, miss A, Younha, U-Kiss ve Nine Muses’in ve kapanista solo çikisini yapan Brown Eyed Girls’den Ga-In’in, BoA ve Son Dambi’nin dikkat çekici performanslarina sahne oldu.

SBS’s Inkigayo has once again returned with their weekly broadcast of anticipated performances.
Noteworthy performances included the comebacks of 2PM, miss A, Younha, U-Kiss and Nine Muses, the solo debut of Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga-In, as well as BoA and Son Dambi’s goodbye stages.
Due to a live baseball game broadcast, Inkigayo was canceled last week. But 2NE1 was on hand to receive their belated Mutizen award (‘Go Away‘), their 4th in a row. 2NE1 also made history with this 4th consecutive win.
For this week, the seven nominees of ‘Take 7‘ were SHINee (‘Hello’), B2ST (‘Soom’), miss A (‘Breathe’), 2NE1 (‘Go Away’, ‘Clap Your Hands’), BoA (‘Copy & Paste’), and Supreme Team (‘Then Then Then’). Supreme Team were not able to perform today due to conflicting schedules.
In the end, the winner of today’s Mutizen award was SHINee, with their song ‘Hello’. This was their 3rd Mutizen for their promotions after 2 wins for ‘Lucifer’ previously!
Other performances from today include: SE7EN (‘I’m Going Crazy’), Dalmatian (‘Round 1’), Co-Ed (‘Too Late’) and Sori (‘You’re Not My Style’).

Kanye West ve Rodney Jerkins’i ile çalisma düsüncesi nasil gelisti?
Junsu: “The Beginning”in dünya çapinda yayinlanmasi planlandi. Ingilizce olarak kaydedildi. Kanye West ve Rodney Jerking albümde rol aldi. Albüm için çok çalistik ve dinlemenizi umuyoruz.
Kanye West ve Rodney Jerkings’in sizden haberdar olmasi ve birlikte çalisma fikrine olumlu bakmasi sizi sasirtti mi?
Yoo Chun: Bizden haberdar olduklarini hiç bilmiyorduk. Onlarla çalisabildigimiz için onur duyuyoruz.

Eger Sungkyunkwan Scandal tekrar çekilebilseydi, JYJ hangi rolde olurdu?
Yoo Chun: Junsu, Yong Ha olurdu. Jae Joong, Geol Oh olurdu. Çevirmen Kim Yoon Hee olurdu.

JYJ Holds Showcase In Singapore
Having just released their global album, ‘The Beginning‘, the boys of JYJ are currently embarking on a mini Asian tour.
JYJ arrived in Singapore on October 16th, 2010 after performing in Bangkok the day before. With a massive fan base worldwide, throngs of fans were at Singapore Changi Airport to welcome them.
JYJ later attended a press conference prior to their showcase in the evening. Here are some questions they answered at the press conference
How did the collaboration with Kanye West and Rodney Jerkins come about?
Junsu: ‘The Beginning’ is planned to be released worldwide. It was recorded in English, Kanye West and Rodney Jerkins also took part in the album. We worked very hard for the album and we hope that you will listen to it.
Yoo Chun: Warner Bros. were trying to help us collaborate with famous artists in the U.S. like Ne-Yo, then we managed to hooked up with Kanye West and Rodney Jerkins.
Were you surprised that Kanye West and Rodney Jerkins heard about you and welcomed the idea of working together?
Yoo Chun: We never thought that they would know us, we were honored to be able to work with them.
How did it feel working with world renowned artists?
Jae Joong: We were very happy that we were able to work with top class artists. We felt nervous thinking what music we would be able to produce working with them, as it is different from what we do in Asia.
Junsu: We recorded in a studio which was previously used by Michael Jackson. We were really touched and honored knowing that.
What is your favorite track on ‘The Beginning’?
Jae Joong: ‘Ayyy Girl’. The chorus represents three people being in harmony.
How does it feel to be in a boyband with three members instead of five like previously?
Junsu: It feels different. We have to work harder to develop and create better music.
Which role would JYJ play if ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ were to be remade?
Yoo Chun: Junsu would be Yong Ha and Jae Joong would be Geol Oh. The translator would be Kim Yoon Hee.
How does it feel knowing that there are so many fans supporting you?
Junsu: We want to continue this journey because the fans’ support. To repay the fans, we will produce better music and strive to be better.
JYJ later performed a total of five songs from ‘The Beginning’, as well as ‘Found You’ from Sungkyunkwan Scandal.
JYJ will be heading to Malaysia (October 17) and Hong Kong (October 24) before touring in the United States.

Due to the broadcast of a live baseball game, KBS2TV did not air a new episode of Music Bank last Friday (October 15th).
The winner was revealed through Music Bank’s official website this afternoon and it was none other than SHINee who won the October 15th edition of K-Chart with 11,182 points for the period between 4 – 10th October.
