Actress Kim Ja Ok recently gave a dose of embarrassment to Kim Heechul!
During MBC’s “The Night the Memories Shine Bright”, aired on April 7th, the original princess, Kim Ja Ok, and the original grandmother, Kim Soo Mi, showed off their witty conversations. However, at the beginning of the broadcast, Kim Ja Ok shocked the panel.
Kim Ja Ok stated, “It’s good to see Ryu Shi Won, Lee Kyung Shil, and Lee Hong Ryul again.” However, Kim Ja Ok could not remember Kim Heechul, who was sitting next to Lee Hong Ryul.
In the end, everyone had to tell her that he was Kim Heechul. Upon hearing that, Kim Ja Ok nodded and laughed. However, Kim Heechul’s embarrassment did not end there.
After being reminded of Kim Heechul’s name, Kim Ha Ok asked, “Who are you? Are you a singer?” Kim Heechul panicked and mumbled, “I am a multi-talented artist…”, and made everyone laugh.

Rain, “Fugitive”da Ödenmeyen Ücretler Yüzünden Dava Açti

Rain söylentilere göre KBS’nin “Fugitive: Plan B“ ile yaptigi anlasmada ödenmeyen ücretler yüzünden dizi yapim sirketi 'D' aleyhinde dava açti. Oyuncu, sirketin dizi ile çalismalarindan 396,000 $ borçlu oldugunu iddia ediyor.
Rain, "Sözlesmede yapim sirketiyle özellikle bölüm basina 50,000 $ toplamda 16 bölüm olmak üzere ücret alacagim belirtilmisti. Ve Katma Deger Vergisi de ödenecekti." dedi. "Ama sadece sözlesme ücretim ödendi – $320,000 $– ve ayni miktarda ikinci bir ödeme yapildi. Kalan 160,000 $ ödenmedi, ekstra dört bölümle birlikte, alacagim miktar toplam 396,000 $'a ulasti.” dedi.

Rain sues drama production company for unpaid wages from “Fugitive”
On April 8th, Rain reportedly filed a lawsuit against drama production company ‘D‘ for unpaid wages from his stint with KBS’s “Fugitive: Plan B“. The star alleges that the company owes him $396,000 USD for his work with the drama.
“My contract with the production company specifically stated that I was to receive $50,000 USD per episode for a total of 16 episodes and get paid the tax-added value later,” said Rain. “But I’ve only been paid my contract fee – $320,000 USD – and a second payment of the same amount. I was not paid the remaining $160,000 USD, as well as payments for the extra four episodes I appeared in, rounding out the total to $396,000 USD.”
Rain continued, “I was asked to appear for the extra episodes without getting paid first, but I didn’t want to disappoint the viewers by rejecting the offer. I agreed to the extra episodes and finished the finale. The very next day, I even received proof of payment from the company, but they did not keep their promise.”
Last December, co-star Lee Na Young also filed a lawsuit against the production company for not getting paid for her appearance in the first episode.

Iki saat içinde, yarismacilar Seoul'de Sangmyung Art Center'da yarismanin ikinci bölümü için canli performans sergiledi .Jewelry’den Kim Eun Jung deneme bölümünde elenmisti. Geriye yedi yarismaci kaldi- JK Kim Dong Wook, DJ DOC’den Kim Chang Ryeol, Moon Hee Ok, Shin Hae Chul, CSJH’den Sunday, Lim Jung Hee ve Tei.



Tei, E. De Curtis’in “Non ti Scordar di Me“ adli parçasinin yorumunu yaparak seyircinin ayakta alkis yagmurunu hak etti ve jüriden bile övgü aldi. "Tei bir tenor sesiyle dogmus." ve " Tamamen bir italyan kaninda ki çalismayi hissedebiliyorum. Etkileyici duygularla doluydun." dediler.
Performansindan önce, Tei yorumu ile seyircinin merakini uyandirmisti, " Birlikle yemek yemek istemedigim bir çocukluk arkadasim vardi, ama filmlerle ve onunla çok zaman geçirirdik. Hala, bazen o arkadasimin beni düsünüp düsünmedigini merak ediyorum." dedi.

Who was the second contestant to win?

Following the win of Lim Jung Hee last week, singer Tei won #1 on the April 9th episode of tvN’s “Opera Star 2011“!
For two hours, the contestants performed live at the Sangmyung Art Center in Seoul for the show’s second episode. Jewelry’s Kim Eun Jung had been eliminated in the pilot episode, leaving seven contestants - JK Kim Dong Wook, DJ DOC’s Kim Chang Ryeol, Moon Hee Ok, Shin Hae Chul, CSJH’s Sunday, Lim Jung Hee, and Tei.
Tei performed a rendition of E. De Curtis’s “Non ti Scordar di Me“, which not only earned him a standing ovation from the audience, but praise from the judges as well. They said, “Tei is born with a tenor’s voice” and “I can feel an Italian’s blood running through you. You were full of expressive emotions.”
Before his performance, Tei had aroused the curiosity of the audience by commenting, “I used to have a childhood friend that I’d not only eat meals with, but with movies and spend a lot of time together with. I still wonder sometimes whether that friend still thinks of me.”

Rain shoots a CF for skincare brand, “Mentholatum”
World star Rain was recently appointed as the main model for skincare brand, “Mentholatum“. Despite his busy schedule, the singer was able to take some time off to shoot a CF for the company.
The staff were surprised and impressed when they saw Rain preparing in advance for the CF shoot, such as performing sit-ups and push-ups in order to maintain his buff body for the actual filming.

TVXQ’s Yunho to introduce his ulzzang sister for the very first time

As previously reported, TVXQ’s Yunho will be featured as the first guest for SBS’s new variety show, “Dalgona“. The show travels with stars back to their hometown and presents to the residents and figures who’ve impacted their lives.
According to information revealed by SBS, Yunho and Lee Young Ah completed their recording on the 4th. For the first time on broadcast, Yun will be revealing his ‘Kwangju ulzzang’ sister, as well as his entire family and former teachers back home in his hometown of Jeolla-do.
The first broadcast on April 22nd at 10 PM KST.
