Giriş

Seogwan-sa Tapınak'ı Seosan Chungcheongnam-do'nın sessiz kent merkezinde yer almaktadır. Elverişli konumu sayesinde kolayca bulunabilmektedir.
Tapınak Büyük Monk Daegyeong tarafından 928 yılında Silla döneminin sonunda inşa edilmiştir. Monk Daegyeong, Bilgin Choi Chiwon burada iken Buseong-gun'a (şu anda Seosan) 893 yılında vali olarak çalışmaya geldi.
Başlangıçta, tapınağa Samseonam veya Three Hermitages (Üç İnziva) denirdi. Buchunsan Dağı’nda üstte, ortada ve altta üç inziva bulunurdu. Joseon Hanedanlığı sırasında alt inziva kapatıldı. 1987 yılında tapınağın adı Seogwangsa olarak değiştirildi.
Buchunsan Dağı çok uzun değil, ancak dağ Seosan sakinlerine, çam ağacı kolonileri ve kır çiçeklerinden oluşan yürüyüş parkuru sunuyor. Kışın muhteşem bir manzara oluşuyor.

Seogwangsa programına ''Yoyoyo'' denir.
İlk yo şarkı için; vokal egzersizleri ve tapınak müziği, kısacası sağlıklı hem fiziksel hem de manevi meditasyondur.
İkinci yo eğlenmek için; katılımcıların yüksek sesle şarkı söylemek ve şarkı söyleyerek stres atmalarını, dinlenmelerini ve eğlenmelerini sağlar.
Üçüncü yo aşktır; katılımcıların başkalarına müzikle veya başka etkinliklerle kendilerini dünyaya açışlarıdır.

Introduction

Seongwangsa Temple is located in the quiet downtown area of Eupnae-dong, Seosan in Chungcheongnam-do. Its convenient location makes it easily accessible from almost anywhere in town.

The temple was built by Great Monk Daegyeong in 928 in the end of Silla period and the scholar Choi Chiwon came here to study while he was serving as the governor of Buseong-gun (currently Seosan) in 893. Originally, the temple was called Samseonam, or Three Hermitages, for there had been three hermitages in the upper, middle, and lower part of Mount Buchunsan. During the late Joseon Dynasty, the hermitages in the upper and middle part were closed and only the one at the bottom survived. In 1987, the name of the temple was changed to Seogwangsa.

Mount Buchunsan is not very tall; however, its pine tree colonies and wild flowers offer a great hiking trail for the residents of Seosan. In wintertime, it offers a magnificent snow-covered landscape.

Activity Information

Seogwangsa offers a temple stay program called 'Yoyoyo’.
The first ‘yo’ stands for singing; through vocal exercises and temple music, participants can become healthier physically as well as practice spiritual meditation.
The second 'yo’ stands for fun: participants sing out loud and listen to songs to release their stress and have fun.
The third 'yo’ stands for love, where participants open themselves up to others and the world through music and other programs.
