S. Korea Likely to Launch New Space Rocket on Oct. 26

G. Kore Yeni Uzay Roketini 26 Ekimde Fırlatacak

Eğitim, Bilim ve Teknoloji Bakanı Lee Ju-ho 22 Ekim 2012 günü Güney Kore'nin, ülkenin ilk yerel uzay roketi olan Korea Space Launch Vehicle-1'ın fırlatılma planı üzerine konuşma yaptı. Lee, Naro-1 olarak da bilinen roketin 26 Ekimde uzay merkezinden fırlatılacağını söyledi.

Launch of Space Rocket Delayed

Uzay Roketinin Fırlatılması Ertelendi

Eğitim, Bilim ve Teknoloji Bakan Yardımcısı Cho Yul-rae 26 Ekim 2012 günü Seoul'un 485 km güneyinde yer alan Goheung'daki Naro Uzay Merkezinde aynı gün roketin planlanan fırlatılmasından birkaç saat önce bulunan bir sorun nedeniyle ülkenin uzay roketini fırlatmayı ertelediğini açıkladığı bir basın konferansı düzenledi. Kore Uzay Aracı-1'in fırlatılması en az 3 gün ertelendi.

Güney Koreli cep telefonu üreticisi LG Electronics Inc. cumartesi günü üst düzey ürünler geliştirmek amacıyla bu yılın Eylül ayına kadar araştırma ve geliştirme alanındaki kazançlarının yüzde 6'dan fazla olduğunu açıkladı.

Şirket, 2.26 trilyon ₩ (US $ 2080000000) tahsis ettiğini, veya Ocak-Eylül döneminde 6.06 oranında kazanılan 3.74 trilyon ₩'un bir önceki yıla kıyasla 1,1 puan yukarı çıktığını açıkladı.

South Korean handset maker LG Electronics Inc. said Saturday it spent more than 6 percent of its earnings on research and development through September of this year in a bid to develop high-end products.

The company said it had allocated 2.26 trillion won (US$2.08 billion), or 6.06 percent of its sales of 37.4 trillion won earned during in the January-September period, up 1.1 percentage points from a year earlier.

Naro space rocket moved for launch

Naro Uzay Roketi Fırlatılmak Üzere Taşındı

"Naro-1" adıyla da anılan Kore Uzay Aracı-1, 27 Kasım günü Seoul'un 485 km güneyinde bulunan Naro Uzay Merkezindeki fırlatma platformuna taşındı. Ülke ilk uzay roketini 29 Kasım'da uzaya fırlatmayı planlamıştı. Fotoğraf, Rusya Khrunichev Devlet Araştırma ve Üretim Uzay Merkezi ile ortaklaşa iki aşamalı roket geliştiren Kore Havacılık ve Uzay Araştırma Enstitüsünden alınmıştır.
