Namhansanseong’da yetistirilen armut bilhassa sekerli, sarimsi kahverengidir ve parlak bir yüzeye sahiptir. O yeterince fazla meyve suyuna ve lezzete sahiptir. Hatta sekerle kapli olsa bile, lezzetinden emin olabilirsin. Armutlarin toplanma mevsimi olan Ekim ve Kasim’da turistler Namhansanseong’u ziyaret ederler ve onlar arasinda çok meshur olan bu meyveden yiyebilirler. Ve Armudun flegmatik hastaligi,astim,soguk alginligi,ates ve tümore iyi geldigi düsünülmektedir. Ayrica eti yumusatan bir madde olarak da sik sik kullanilmaktadir.

The pear produced in Namhansanseong is especially sugary, yellowish brown and has bright skin. It has rich fruit juice inside and tasty enough. Even at a glace, you will be sure of its palatability. Tourists who visit Namhansanseong during November to October, cropping season of the pear, may eat the fruit which is very popular among them.
And the pear is thought to have good effect for phlegmatic disease, asthma, cold, fever, and tumor. In addition, it is frequently used as an ingredient that softens meat.
