MOLEG, kanuni yorum, kanuni iyileştirme ve yasal kanun tasarısı incelemesinin 3 ana görevi ile insanların hak ve özgürlüklerini garanti altına alan, toplum yönetimi için sağlam bir basamaktır. Açık fikirlilik ve vatanseverlik görevi anlayışı ile, tüm MOLEG üyeleri, insanların güvendiği olağanüstü bir organizasyon olmak ve halkın kendi seslerini adil ve tarafsız bir şekilde duyurmaya olanak sağlayarak, insanlara mutluluk getirmek için her türlü çabayı göstermektedir.

Anayasal devlet idaresi için sağlam bir basamak, aktif MOLEG, anayasal hükümet idaresinin gelişmiş bir ülke olarak Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin temelini oluşturur.

Tarihi:
1392 - 1892
Geom-sang-jo-rye-sa, Joseon Hanedanlığı (1392 - 1910) döneminde Jeseon’un erken dönemlerinde MOLEG olarak rol oynuyordu, Eui-jeong-bu altında Geom-sang-jo-rye-sa hükümetin yasama işlerinden sorumlu oldu. Kralın kararından önce Eu-jeon-bu’ya sunuldu, kararname bugünkü Mevzuat Bakanlığı’nın öncül organı tarafından inceleme altına alındı. Bu sistem, idari işlerin yürütülmesi sırasında herhangi bir tutarsızlık ve çelişki olmamasını sağladı.

1948
MOLEG 15 Mayıs 1948’de kuruldu.
15 Ağustos 1948’de Kore Hükümeti kurulduğunda, bir kurum, 3 bölüm, 10 şube ile
MOLEG kurumsallaştırıldı ve Kanun Hazırlama Bürosunu devralan bir kütüphane, Hukuk Araştırma Bürosu ve Yargı İdaresi Sekreterliği Bürosu, Kore Geçici Hükümet döneminde de vardı. Bugünün birçok örgütsel yapısı gibi, MOLEG Danıştay’ın herhangi bir toplantısına katılabilen ve konuşabilen Başbakanlık altına sevk edildi.

1954 - 1960
Anayasa değişikliği ile yeniden yapılandırıldı (1954-1960).
29 Kasım 1954’te Başbakanlık Sistemi olarak yürürlükten kaldırıldı. MOLEG’in adı Adalet Bakanlığı altında Hükümet Mevzuat Dairesi olarak değişti.

1962 – Günümüz
26 Aralık 1962’de, Anayasa değişikliği ile başbakanlık sisteminde hükümet organizasyonu yeniden yapılandırıldı. Başbakanlık yetkisi altında federal bir idari organ olarak bağımsız statüsü verildi.

MOLEG is a sound stepping stone for governmental administration which guarantees the liberty and rights of the people through three major duties of Legislative Bill Review, Statutory Interpretation and Statutory Improvement. With a sense of patriotic duty and open mind, all members of MOLEG will make every effort to be the outstanding organization that is trusted by the people and one that can also bring happiness to the people by having their voices heard fairly and objectively.

A sound stepping stone for constitutional government administration, ACTIVE MOLEG MOLEG forms the basis of the Republic of Korea as an advanced country of constitutional government administration.

History

1962 - Present
On December 26, 1962, the government organization was restructured to that of the presidential system with the amendment of the Constitution. MOLEG was restored to its independent status as a federal administrative body under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister, the status of which continues to this day.
1954-1960
Reorganized with the amendment of the Constitution (1954-1960)
As the Prime Minister System abrogated on November 29, 1954, the name of MOLEG had changed to Government Legislation Office under the Ministry of Justice (institution of cabinet rank) occupying the position as an independent National Administrative Institution.
When the Cabinet system came into existence in accordance with the amendment of the Constitution on June 15, 1960, the State Council Secretariat was newly established and the MOLEG was reinstituted as the Legislation Bureau of the State Council Secretariat.

1948
MOLEG was founded (May 15, 1948)
MOLEG was instituted when the government of Korea was established on August 15, 1948, with one agency, three divisions, ten departments and a library taking over the Law Drafting Bureau, the Law Research Bureau and the Library of the Secretariat of the Judicial Administration, which existed during the interim government period of Korea. Much like the organizational structure of today, MOLEG was consigned under the Prime Minister who was able to attend and speak at any meeting of the State Council.

1392 - 1892
The Geom-sang-jo-rye-sa which played the role as MOLEG during the Joseon Dynasty In the early era of Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), the Geom-sang-jo-rye-sa under Eui-jeong-bu was in charge of government legislative affairs. Before the decree of the king was presented to the Eui-jeong-bu, the decree had to go under close examination by the predecessor body of the present Ministry of Government Legislation. This system ensured that there would not be any inconsistencies or conflict uring the execution of administrative affairs.
