Myung-Jin Lee Kore'de dünyaya geldi ve Seoul Teknik Koleji'nden, Görsel Tasarım bölümünden mezun oldu. 1992'de ilk manhwa dizisi olan It's Going to be a Wonderful Night üzerine çalışmaya başladı. Bu seriuğruna 4 yıl çalıştı ve bu ona Kore'nin en büyük manhwa yayıncısından seçkin Champ Super Manhwa ödülünü kazandırdı.

Myung-Jin Lee was born in Korea and graduated from Seoul Technical College with a degree in Visual Design. In 1992 he began work on his first manhwa series, It's Going to be a Wonderful Night, which ran for 4 years and won him the distinguished Champ Super Manhwa award from Korea's top manhwa publisher.
