Joseon Halk Sanatları Müzesi, 29 Temmuz 2000 tarihinde Yeongwol Dong, River Raft Festivali kutlamasında açıldı.
Tesisin ana sergi birimi, 165 ㎡'lik yönetim ofisi, 66㎡'lik hediyelik eşya dükkanı ve turistik salon içermektedir.

Sergiler; Eohaedo, Hwajodo, saksağan ve kaplan özelliklerine sahip yaklaşık 80 halk tablosu ve sıradan halk arasındaki birçok duyguyu içerir. Çevresinde geleneksel yapılar, saksı bitkisi bahçeleriyle birlikte yaklaşık 1000 saksı bitkisi ve Joseon Hanedanlığı'nın ahşap eşyaları vardır.

Bu müzenin amacı Joseon Hanedanlığı'ndan gelen tabloları korumak, toplamak ve sergilemektir. Ayrıca genel olarak halk resimleri koleksiyonerleri ve Kore geleneksel halk resimlerinin değerin gösterir. Burası Suk Hwan Oh tarafından yönetilen özel bir tesistir.

Ayrıca öğrenciler ve ziyaretçiler burada kendileri halk resmi çizerek deneyim kazanabilirler.

Description
Joseon Folk Painting Museum opened on July 29, 2000 in celebration of Yeongwol Dong River Raft Festival. The facility includes a main exhibition unit, a 165㎡ administration office, and a 66㎡ souvenir shop and a tourist lounge.

Exhibitions include Eohaedo, Hwajodo, and about 80 folk paintings featuring magpies, tigers, and the many emotions of humble commoners. In the surroundings, there are traditional buildings, a pot-plant garden with about 1,000 pot plants, and Joseon Dynasty’s woodenware.

The purpose of this museum is to collect, preserve, and exhibit folk paintings from the Joseon Dynasty. It also shows the value of Korea’s traditional folk paintings to the general public as well as the folk painting collectors. This is a private facility managed by Suk Hwan Oh.

Students and visitors can also experience drawing folk paintings themselves here..
