Kore'nin Güneydogusunda Sap Hastaligi Saptandi

Pazar günü, bir kez daha Kore'de sap hastaligina rastlandigi dogrulandi. Bu durum, hükümetin fiilen hastaligin bas gösterdigini belirtmesiyle ortaya çikti.

Tarim Bakanligi, Kuzey Gyeongsang eyaletinin Yeongcheon bölgesindeki bir çiftlikte bulunan 6 domuzda sap hastaligi belirtilerine rastlandigini belirtti.

Çiftlige araç ve insan girisini kontrol altinda tutmak için karantina önlemleri alinirken hastalik belirtilerine rastlanan 6 domuz itlaf edildi.

Ulusal Veterinerlik Arastirma ve Karantina Merkezi, çiftligi incelemeye alarak hastaligin nedenini bulmak için kili kirk yararcasina çalismalara basladi.

Tarim Bakanligi, hayvancilikla ugrasan çiftlik sahiplerinin domuz agillarini dezenfekte etmelerini ve hayvanlarini asilatmalarini istedi.

FMD Found in Southeast Korea

An additional outbreak of Foot and mouth disease (FMD) has been confirmed on Sunday. This comes after the government virtually reported that the disease has been contained.

The Agriculture Ministry said six pigs in a farm in Yeongcheon, North Gyeongsang Province, showed symptoms of FMD.

The six pigs were culled, while quarantine measures are taken to control human and vehicle access to the farm.

The National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service has begun investigating the farm and is conducting a meticulous analysis of the cause.

The Agriculture Ministry has asked for livestock farms to disinfect their pigpens and vaccinate the animals.

Güney Kore'nin 8 Sehrinde Radyoaktif Izlere Rastlandi

Nükleer güvenlikle ilgilenen bir devlet görevlisi pazar günü, Güney Kore'nin baskenti olan Seoul'de ve 6'sinda az miktarda radyoaktif sezyum bulunan diger 7 sehirde havada bulunan radyoaktif iyot izlerinin tespit edildigini belirtti.

Bir gün önce Kore Nükleer Güvenlik Enstitüsü, ülke çapinda kontrol edilen 12 bölgenin hepsinde radyoaktif iyot-131, sezyum137 ve sezyum-134 izlerinin bulundugunu söyledi.

S. Korea Finds Traces of Radioactive Iodine at 8 Cities

Traces of radioactive iodine were detected in the air above Seoul and seven other cities in South Korea with small amounts of radioactive cesium found in six, a state nuclear safety body said Sunday.

A day earlier, the Korean Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS) said traces of radioactive iodine-131, cesium-137 and cesium-134 had been discovered at all of the 12 monitoring stations across the country.

Scientists discover new treatment material for hypertension, obesity

Bilim Insanlari Hipertansiyon ve Obezite Için Tedavi Edici Yeni Bir Madde Buldu

Güney Koreli bilim insanlari persembe günü, hipertansiyon, obezite ve hiperlipidemi ile mücadelede insanlara yardimci olacak tedavi edici yeni bir madde bulduklarini söylediler.

Kore Biyolojik Bilim ve Biyoteknoloji Arastirma Enstitüsü'nde öncülügünü Lee Chul-ho'nun yaptigi arastirmacilar, hayvanlar üzerinde yapilan deneylerde olumlu sonuçlar alinan MB12066 isimli yeni maddeyi ayirdiklarini belirttiler.

South Korean scientists said Thursday they have found a treatment material that may help people better deal with hypertension, obesity and high blood fat.

Researchers led by Lee Chul-ho at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB) claimed they isolated a new material called MB12066 that showed promising results in animal tests.

Devlete ait bir nükleer güvenlik enstitüsünün persembe günü söyledigine göre, atmosfer ve yagmurda radyonüklitlere rastlanmasina ragmen Güney Kore'nin musluk sularinda herhangi bir yapay radyoaktif madde bulunmadi.

Kore Nükleer Güvenlik Enstitüsü, pazartesi günü ülke genelindeki 23 su aritma tesisinden alinan örneklerin ayrintili incelemesinde algilanabilir seviyede yapay radyonüklite rastlanmadigini söyledi.

No artificial radioactive materials have been found in South Korea's tap water despite steady detection of radionuclides in the atmosphere and rain, a state nuclear safety regulator said Thursday.

The Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS) said that a detailed analysis of samples taken Monday from 23 water purification plants across the country showed no detectable levels of artificial radionuclides.

Bir devlet nükleer güvenlik kurulu persembe günü, bu hafta yagmur suyunda ve havada hiçbir radyoaktif madde bulunmadigini ve Japonya’dan esen nükleer atigin da sürekli bir düsüs içerisinde oldugunu söyledi.

Seoul’de, bir ay içinde ilk kez havada radyoaktif iyot ve sezyum izine rastlanmadigi belirlendi. Cuma günü ilan edilen önceki kontrol sonuçlarinda hiçbir radyoaktif madde bulunmamisti, fakat Jeju adasindaki yagmur suyu küçük konsantrasyonlarda sezyum-134 içeriyordu.

No radioactive materials have been found this week in the air and rainwater in South Korea amid a steady decline in fallout blowing from Japan, a state nuclear safety body said Thursday.

It marked the first time in a month that Seoul has not found traces of radioactive iodine and cesium in the air. In the previous check of which the results were announced Friday, no contaminants were found in the air, but rainwater on Jeju Island contained minuscule concentrations of cesium-134.

Güney Kore'de bir kadin tanimlanamayan bir virüsten dolayi öldü

Hastalik Kontrol Merkezi Güney Koreli bir kadinin Seoul hastenesinde pazartesi günü hâlâ ne oldugu tesbit edilemeyen bir virüsün etkisiyle zatürre hastaligindan öldügünü söyledi.

Hastalik Kontrol Merkezi'ne (CDC) göre, tüberküloz için geçen ay hastaneye yatirilan 36 yasindaki kadin yogun bakim servisinde öldü. Ilk teshislere göre ölüme hâlâ tanimlanamayan bir virüsün neden oldugu belirtildi.

Hastalik Kontrol Merkezi (CDC) hamile kadinin hastanede ölümüne yol açan virüsü hâlâ bulmaya çalistiklarini söyledi. Daha sonra tedavi için erken dogum olmasi saglandi.

S. Korean woman dies from unidentified virus

A South Korean woman died on Monday at a Seoul hospital of pneumonia caused by an unidentified virus, the disease control agency said.

The 36-year-old woman died in the morning in the intensive care unit at the hospital after being admitted last month for tuberculosis, according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC). The death marks the first mortality here caused by an unidentified virus, it said.

The CDC is still studying to identify the virus that led to the death of the woman who was pregnant when she was hospitalized, it said. She was later induced to have premature labor for treatment purposes.


The CDC also said six more women are currently being treated for similar cases of pneumonia at the hospital.

Ülkenin hastalik kontrol kurumunun çarsamba günü söyledigine göre, bu haftanin basinda Güney Koreli bir kadinin ölümüne sebep olan teshis edilemeyen virüs hizla yayiliyor gibi görünmüyor.

36 yasindaki kadin, geçen ay tüberküloz sebebiyle hastaneye yatirilmasinin ardindan pazartesi günü Seoul'deki hastanenin yogun bakim ünitesinde hayatini kaybetmisti. Kadinin enfeksiyon ve ölümü, Kore'de türüne ilk kez rastlanan teshis edilemeyen bir virüsden kaynaklaniyor.
