2002’de, Jongno-gu, Gahoe-dong’da kurulmuştur. İnsanlık ve umudun özüyle doldurulan muskalar ve halk resimleri toplanır. Küçük bir Kore evinden biçimlendirilmiştir. Müzenin içinde sergi salonu, türlü muskalar, duvar resimleri ve çizimleri bulunmaktadır.
