Enerji Park – Enerji Hakkında Her Şey

25.Nisan’da Enerji Park’ın (Energy Park) tamamlanması şerefine içlerinde Başkan Kang-Dong-suk’un da bulunduğu 100’ü aşkın konuğun katılımıyla tören düzenlendi.

2012 Yeosu Kore’ya yaraşır çevre dostu parkta; * güç üretim tesislerini, * güneş pili, rüzgar gücü, hidrojenle çalışan arabalar, elektrikle çalışan arabalar, online elektrikle çalışan otobüsler gibi yeni ve yenilenebilir çevre dostu etkinlikleri amaçlayan ve ziyaretçilerin enerji üretiminde tecrübe edinebilecekleri imkanlar sanal olarak gösterilecek.

Ziyaretçiler ayrıca yastıklama duvarına veya su tekerlerine vurarak enerji üretiminin ilkesini öğrenebilirler. Bu olanak ziyaretçilerin enerji kıymetini anlamaları için tasarlanmıştır.

Kalabalığı sevmiyorsanız, tek olarak da hoş deniz manzarası eşliğindeki yolda giden online elektrikli otobüse binebilirsiniz. Biniş ücretsizdir. 2010 yılının en iyi 50 icadından olan, yollara döşenmiş şarj aletleriyle çalışan online elektrikli otobüsler yolda giderken kablosuz internet imkanıyla şarj olabiliyor.


Energy Park – Everything about Energy

On April 25, a ceremony was held in commemoration of the completion of work for the Energy Park, with 100-plus people attending, including Chairman Kang Dong-suk of the Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea.

The park displays virtually everything related to eco-friendly energy as befits Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea, which aims to be an environment-friendly event, including power generation facilities, new and renewable energy sources like photovoltaic and wind power, hydrogen fuel-cell cars, electric cars, online electric buses, and facilities where visitors can have hands-on experience in energy production.

In the facility for hands-on energy experience, visitors can learn the principle of wave power by hitting against the cushioned wall or produce energy by turning water wheels. The facility is designed to help people recognize the value of energy.

If you feel like avoiding crowds, you can get on an online electric bus, which runs along a path that commands a nice view of the sea. The bus ride is free of charge. As one of Time’s 50 Best Inventions of 2010, the road-embedded rechargers of the online electric bus make it possible to recharge the vehicle wirelessly while the bus runs on the road.

A Sneak Peek at Yeosu Expo with a 3D Video Map

You can take a sneak preview of Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea, which kicks off on May 12, through a cutting-edge 3D video map. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and the Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea announced that they would offer a virtual reality service through the ministry’s spatial information open platform “V World” (www.vworld.kr), allowing viewers to interact with the simulated Expo site starting May 4.

Visitors to Yeosu Expo’s web portal (www.expo2012.kr) can take a look around the Expo site and gather information about pavilions, lodging facilities and major tourist attractions through V World’s 3D virtual reality.

Dünyanın En Geniş Sanal Okyanusu Gökyüzünde

Expo Sanal Galeri’sinin (EDG) inşası, Yeosu Expo’nun dört tematik faaliyetinden biridir.

Yeosu Expo 2012 Kore Organizasyon Komitesi 23.Nisan’da EDG’nin tamamlanışına dikkat çekmek üzere aralarında Başkan Kang’ın da bulunduğu yetkililerden oluşan 150 kişilik bir grupla tören düzenledi.

Ana kapıdan 3No’lu kapıya kadar uzanan EDG, 415m uzunluğunda ve 21m genişliğindedir. Tavanında 6.54 milyon pikselli mümkün olabilecek en iyi görüntü kalitesini sağlayan 218m uzunlukta ve 30m genişlikte devasa LED ekranı vardır. Etkinlik esnasında yerde geleneksel etkinlikler sergilenirken, tavanda da çeşitli filmler oynatılacak.

Yüksek kaliteli denizaltı çekimleri arka plan görüntülerini oluşturacak. Balinanın Rüyaları (Dreams of Whale) adlı etkileşimli programda ziyaretçilerin akıllı telefonlarıyla balinaya şekil vermelerine olanak sağlanacak. Hem de yakındaki ses toplayıcıları sayesinde balinayı çağırabilecekler.


World’s Largest Digital Ocean Up in the Sky

The construction of the Expo Digital Gallery (EDG), one of the four thematic facilities at Yeosu Expo, has been completed.

The Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea held a ceremony on April 23 to mark the completion of the EDG, with Chairman Kang Dong-suk and about 150 officials from the construction company and the Organizing Committee present at the ceremony.

The EDG sprawls between the Main Gate and the Gate 3, with a length and width of 415 meters and 21 meters, respectively. On its ceiling is mounted a 218-meter-long and 30–meter-wide giant LED screen that provides the very best image definition (6.54 million pixels) possible. During the Expo, at the EDG, diverse films will be screened on the ceiling while a variety of cultural events and performances are held on the floor.

A high-definition undersea footage will serve as a background and the interactive program, “Dreams of Whale,” will allow visitors to shape the whale with photos they send through their smartphones and summon the whale by calling out near sound collectors.
