Iris’s Strong Start Endangers Heading’s Ending
Uh-oh. MBC may be getting ready to let that axe fall for the third time this year. I’m reading conflicting reports about its soccer drama Heading to the Ground, but it’s not looking good.
KBS’s blockbuster drama IRIS has just premiered with a very strong rating in the 20% ballpark. (Official ratings aren’t out yet, but the preliminary report places it close to 20%. UPDATE: The number was a whopping 24.5%. As it just aired four hours ago, no I haven’t seen it yet, but I plan to.) That means that the poorly performing Heading, which has several weeks still left to go, is now essentially dead, with Iris and You’re Beautiful getting most of the attention.
One report says that Heading will end early and allow Hero, the Lee Junki vehicle, to begin a week earlier than planned, which would give MBC more to work with in the Wednesday-Thursday ratings battle. That would mean that the 20-episode Heading would need to wrap up by its 18th episode instead. However, Star News reports that MBC has “strongly denied” the curtailment rumors. In a phone interview on the 14th, the MBC source said, “Rumors of cutting it early are ridiculous” and that the drama would end as planned.
As you know, MBC cut Tamra the Island and Strike Love, but strongly denied rumors of cutting Friend, Our Legend, which went on to complete its original run. I’ll be keeping an eye out to see which side prevails.

MBC belki de bu yil üçüncü kez bir çöküs yasamaya hazirlaniyor.Bu kanala ait bir futbol dizisi olan HTTG hakkinda çekismeli yorumlar,haberler okuyorum fakat bu haberlerin pekte iyi oldugunu söyleyemem.KBS’nin büyük dizisi Iris,ilk bölümü ile yaklasik %20’lik bir reyting getirisi ile açilisi yapti.(resmi reyting kayitlari henüz bildirilmedi fakat %20’ye yakin oldugu söylenildi.)GÜNCELLESTIRME:Reyting rakami %24.5 olarak çikti.Bu bilgi sadece 4 saat önce bildirildigi için,henüz bakamadim ama bakacagim.)Bu,birkaç haftadir hala ayni seviyede süren HTTG’in olumsuz performansi,Iris ve You’re Beautiful dizilerinin oldukça ilgi görmesi ile simdilerde bittigi anlamina gelmekte.
Baska bir bilgide,HTTG’in erkenden bitirilecegi ve MBC’ye çarsamba ve Persembe günlerindeki reyting savasinda daha çok reyting kazandiracagi düsünülen Hero,the Lee Junki vechile’in planlandigi tarihten daha önce yayinlanacagi yer almakta.Bu,20 bölüm olarak planlanan HTTG’in 18. Bölümde bitirilmesi anlamina geliyor.Fakat,Star News,MBC’nin bu iddialari kesinlikle reddettigini bildirdi.Ayin 14’ünde yapilan bir telefon görüsmesinde,MBC yetkililerinden biri sunlari söyledi: “Diziyi erkenden bitirmeye yönelik söylentiler çok saçma.”ve “bu dizi planlandigi vakitte (20 bölümün bitiminde) sonlandirilacaktir.”
Bildiginiz üzere MBC,Tamra the Island ve Strike Love isimli dizileri yarida kesti fakat tipki HTTG dizisinde oldugu gibi kesinlikle yarida birakma söylentilerini reddettigi dizi olan Friend Our Legend isimli dizisini planlandigi tarihte bitirdi.Hangi tarafin hakli çikacagini görmek için bekleyecegim.

The three members of group TVXQ who have unfair contract dispute with their agency SM Entertainment presented at the court secretly on last October 13th, however had failed to reach agreement with SM. Previously on October 12th, the two side had submitted a final official stand documents that have been required since early this month for review to make final decision.

At the end of July this year, 3 TVXQ members (Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu) filed their disposition application to Seoul Central District Court to terminate the exclusive contract effect against SM Entertainment. Reprortedly on July 30th at 4 pm, wearing sunglasses, the members entered hurriedly to the side entrance of the court building. They secretly received report about the trial request date and other information regarding the case was not disclosed. There was no appearance of the fans, and even most of court staffs couldn’t recognize the three members who disguised themselves just like ordinary civilians and they could move without any fuss.

On August 22nd the legal representative of the 3 members forwarded members’ thought to the court, “We found it very difficult to improve and reach our goals in this industry if we live under SM’s management with all its terms and conditions.”. It’s also reported that, “The arguments happened with SM Lee Soo Man regarding this dispute already reached our highest limit of emotion.” Meanwhile the other two members who don’t participate in the legal case and still have listed activities with SM said, “It’s not possible to breakdown a group of 5 people who actually still want to work together.” showing their intention to keep shinning together as a group.

After the failure of yesterday’s mediation between two sides, court won’t summon the 3 members any further and will make its final decision soon.

Seher im çok sagol canim, dizi çekimleri çok zor ve emek istiyor anladigim ve gördügüm kadariyla yetistirmek için gece gündüz çalisiyorlar. Liderimiz böyle çalisma temposuna aliskin degil bide stres eklenince hastaneye kaldirmislar. Ama erkenden sete geri dönmüs fedakar ya kendini düsünmüyor iste umarim hersey yakin zamanda yoluna girer liderimiz Yunho Fighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
