2000 yılında BISFF Asya Kısa Filmlerini içerecek şekilde genişledi, 2010 yılında tüm dünyadan filmler kabul ederek gerçek anlamda uluslararası bir film festivali oldu.
BISFF 2014de uluslararası yarışma için 94 ülkeden 2000 gönderim oldu, bunlardan 53 tanesi finalist seçildi.
Poster, sanatçı Jeong Ji Young'un orjinal eseri "Br Yaz Gecesi Rüyası"ndan çalışılmıştır.

BISFF expanded its scope to include Asian short films in 2000, and in 2010 it became a truly international film festival, accepting films from all over the world. BISFF 2014 received more than 2,000 submissions from 94countries for its international competition, from which it selected 53 finalists.
Poster was worked by Artist Jeong Ji Young which is based on the original work “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” of her.
