Bucheon Uluslararası Fantastik Film Festivali atılımları tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve Animasyon, Çizgi Film, Oyun ve Film değişimi ve yaratıcılıkla ilerleme kombinasyonu ile herkesin görmek istediği bir kültür olarak bilinen Bucheon Şehri’ni en iyi temsil eden sembol haline gelmiştir. Son 10 yıldır BiFan, birçok film meraklısını bir araya getirerek, aynı zamanda taze enerji ve duyarlılık dolu 'Fantastik' adını hak eden bir küresel üne dönüştü, en dinamik film festivali adını kazandı.

Gelişmişliği ve iyi planlanmış programı sayesinde BiFan, yüksek film endüstrisinde çalışan kitleleri ve buna göre sıralanmış yeni çeşitli temalar ve stiller sunarak bölgenin kendi kimliğini doğruladı.
