Seoul’de Gwanghwamun caddesinde çalışan ofis çalışanları 1 Şubat 2012 tarihinde, ülkeyi etkisi altına alan soğuk hava nedeniyle sıcak tutan kışlık kıyafetleriyle işlerine gittiler. Güney Kore’nin başkenti Seoul’de dereceler sıfırın altında 13’ü gösterdi.
