A ferry on the Bukhan River transports intrepid tourists to Nami Island in Chuncheon, Gangwon, yesterday. Gangwon’s lowest temperature was minus 13 degrees Celsius (8.6 degrees Fahrenheit) yesterday, but the cold will ease up Saturday.
