South Korean Red Cross delegates pass an immigration office in Paju, north of Seoul, on Sept. 24 to head for the North Korean border town of Kaesong, where they will hold a second working-level meeting with their North Korean counterparts on the resumption of reunions of families separated by the 1950-53 Korean War.
