The country’s health authorities issued an influenza warning Thursday, noting the seasonal flu has become a pandemic.
The move comes as the number of flu patients has reached 4.8 persons per every 1,000 people visiting hospitals, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said.
