Yaşasın Kore Bağımsızlığı
1 Mart’ta Seoul’deki bir tarih müzesi önünde 94. Ulusal Bağımsızlık Hareketi Günü anısına, Japonya’nın 1910-1945 sömürgesi altındaki yaşamı betimleyen bir etkinliğin katılımcıları, 3 kez ‘Yaşasın Kore bağımsızlığı’ şeklinde bağırdılar. Müze, Japon polisi tarafından, ülkenin bağımsızlığı peşinde olan Koreli eylemcilerin tutulup işkence edildiği bir hapishane olarak kullanılmıştı.

Participants of an event that depicted life under Japan’s 1910-45 colonial rule give three cheers saying, “Long live Korean independence,” in front of a history museum in Seoul on March 1, in commemoration of the 94th National Independence Movement Day. The museum used to be a prison where Japanese police held and tortured Korean activists in pursuit of the country’s independence.
