Lee Savcıların Toplu Eylemine Karşı Uyardı
Devlet Başkanı Lee Myung-bak, adli soruşturma prosedürünün incelenmesi için yasa tasarısının geçişini istifa ederek protesto eden yüksek savcılara karşı uyardı.
Lee çarşamba gecesi önde gelen savcılık yetkililerinin, Mevzuat ve Yargı Komiteleri’nin kod değişikliklerinin onaylanmasındaki tepkileri hakkında bilgi aldıktan sonra uyardı.
Lee, savcılığın toplu eylemlerden kaçınması gerektiğini vurguladı.
Üst düzey savcılardan oluşan bir grup çarşamba günü adli soruşturmada polise daha fazla yetki veren yasa tasarısını protesto için istifa etme isteklerini bildirdiler.

President Lee Myung-bak has warned against top prosecutors who have offered to resign in protest over the passage of a bill to revise the criminal investigation procedure.
Lee issued the warning Wednesday night after receiving a briefing on leading prosecution officials’ responses to the Legislation and Judiciary Committees’ approved revisions to the code.
Lee stressed that the prosecution must refrain from collective action and causing concern to the public.
A group of senior prosecutors expressed their intent to resign on Wednesday in protest of the bill that gives more authority to police in criminal investigations.
