Güney Kore Devlet Başkanı Lee Myung-bak (soldan 3.), 21 Aralık günü başkanlık ofisi Cheong Wa Dae’de önceki gün batı denizi sınırında yapılan tatbikatın ardından güvenlik meselelerini ele almak üzere Ulusal Güvenlik Konseyi toplantısına başkanlık etti.
