İş Arayan Yabancılar İçin Yapılan Korece Sınavı Zorlaşacak
Kore’de iş bulabilmek için yabancıların geçmesi gereken Kore dili yetenek sınavları bu yıldan itibaren daha da zorlaşacak.
Çalışma Bakanlığı cumartesi günü bu yıldan itibaren Kore dil testi ile ilgili gizli soruların oranının aşamalı olarak artırılacağını belirtti. Sınav eskiden, daha evvel hazırlanmış iki bin soruluk bir havuzdan hazırlanıyordu.
Bakanlık standart bir Kore dili ders kitabı geliştirmeyi ve yabancıların iş için Kore’ye geldiği ülkelere bu kitapları dağıtmayı plânlamaktadır. Bu ders kitaplarında yetenek testi için sorular bulunacak.
Bir bakanlık yetkilisi testin, profesyonel olmayan yabancı çalışanların seçiminde adalet ve güvenirlik düzeyinin yükselmesine katkıda bulunurken, bazen de Kore dilinde çok iyi olan yabancıları seçmede ve yabancıların Korece’de yeterli olduğunu göstermede sınırlayıcı olduğu göze çarpmaktadır dedi.
Bakanlık, üretim sektöründe iş arayan yabancılar için teknik beceri sınavları yapmayı da planlıyor. Günümüzde sadece zirai alanda ve balıkçılık endüstrisinde çalışmayı isteyen yabancılar böyle sınavlara girmeye mecbur tutuluyor.

Korean language proficiency tests that foreigners must take in order to get jobs in the nation will become more difficult starting this year.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor said Saturday that from this year, it will gradually increase the proportion of undisclosed questions on the Korean language test. Previously, the test was drafted from a pool of two-thousand questions disclosed beforehand.
The ministry plans to develop a standard Korean language textbook and distribute it to countries where many foreigners come to Korea for work. It will present the questions for the proficiency test in these textbooks.
A ministry official said that while the test had contributed to raising levels of fairness and transparency in selecting non-professional migrant workers, some have pointed out that the test had limits in selecting foreigners who are outstanding in the Korean language and in convincing foreigners to be proficient in Korean.
The ministry also plans to have foreigners seeking jobs in the manufacturing sector take technical skill tests. Currently, only foreigners hoping to work in the agro-livestock and fishing industries are obligated to take such tests.
