SHINHWA (신화)

Shinhwa, hiçbir grup üyesini değiştirmeden, en uzun süre çalısan Güney Koreli erkek grubudur. Grup, 24 Mart 1998 tarihinde 6 üye ile çıkış yaptı: Eric Mun, Lee Min-woo, Kim Dong-wan, Shin Hye-sung, Jun Jin and Andy Lee. Grup, Sechs Kies, g.o.d., Turbo, Fin. K.L., H.O.T. ve S.E.S. grupları yanında başarı kazanmıştır.

Başlangıçta SM Entertainment altında oluşturulan grup, Temmuz 2003’te kontratlarının bitmesi üzerine Good Entertainment’e geçmiştir. Shinhwa olarak Good Entertainment altındayken, üyelerin her biri bireysel şirketleri altında solo kariyerlerini sürdürdüler. Grup ayrıca erkek grubu Battle’a rehberlik yapmıştır. 2011 yılında, grup üyeleri birlikte performans sergilemek için Shinhwa Company’yi kurdu. 4 yıllık aradan sonra, grup üyeleri bireysel zorunlu askerlik hizmetlerini yaptığı sırada, 10. albümleri The Return ve konser turuyla, Mart 2012’de yeniden müzik endüstrisinde çıkış yaptılar.

English

Shinhwa (Korean: 신화, Hanja: 神話) is a popular South Korean boy band and hip hop group. The group has six members (with 3 vocalists and 3 rappers), and debuted on March 24, 1998. It has enjoyed massive success alongside the likes of Sechs Kies, g.o.d., Fin. K.L., H.O.T. and S.E.S. Shinhwa is the Korean word for myth or legend. Initially formed under SM Entertainment , Shinhwa signed a new contract with a new record label, Good Entertainment, in July 2003. While still under Good Entertainment as Shinhwa, each of the members have all left the entertainment to start their own to concentrate on their solo activities, from acting to going solo. Aside from singing and performing as a group and individuals as well as acting, the members of Shinhwa are also mentors to the Korean boy band Battle. In 2011, members of the group formed Shinhwa Company to continue to perform together. They made their comeback to the music industry in March 2012, after a four year hiatus, during which the band members served individual mandatory military services, with the release of their tenth album The Return and concert tour.
