Kütüphane, Seoul'de Kore Yüksek Mahkemesi'nin resmi binasının içinde yerleşmiştir. Kore adliyesinin ana kütüphanesi olarak, Yüksek Mahkeme kütüphanesi, ülkedeki bütün mahkemelerin kütüphaneden faydalanmasını sağlar. Genelde, mahkeme kütüphane sistemi, 1,280,000 çesitli yasa ilgili kitabın içeriğini oluşturur. 1996'dan beri, olaylar, yasal dökümanlar ve yasalar için bütünleşmiş bir aramayı desteklemek için kütüphane, genel olarak yargıçlara açılsada halk tarafındanda kütüphaneye erişilebiliniyor. Kütütphane "Yasal bilgi veritabanları (Yasa dünyası)" inşa ediyor.
Yüksek Mahkeme kütüphanesinin başkanı, yüksek mahkemenin yargıcını da yönetmektedir. Başkanı Min Il-young'tur.

The Supreme Court Library is a judicial institution that serves as the most extensive judicial resources in the nation. By providing diverse and valued judicial information, the library continued to assist the legal and educational communities as well as the general public in their efforts to contribute to a high level of legal culture.
Located at the Western Wing of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court Library is divided into various sections and includes: the General Reading Room, with abundant legal and non-legal publications; the Digital Data Room, where access to digital data is provided; the Rare Collections Room, with valuable books; and other sections organized according to the attributes of the cataloged data.
