Okjeongho Village's Persimmon Vinegar / Okjeongho Köyü Hurma Sirkesi

Geleneksel yöntem kullanılarak 2 yılda mayalanır, hurma sirkesi yüksek kalitededir. İyi bir şekilde muhafaza edilir ve ilk don sonrası hasat edilir. Sirke sterilizasyon işlemine uğrar, ürünlerde koliform bulunmamaktadır.

Fermented for more than 2 years using traditional method, our persimmon vinegar is very high-quality. Good Meoksi persimmons are selected and harvested right after the first frost to be preserved. Our persimmon vinegar uniquely undergoes sterilization process, so no coliform is found in our products.
